For 6000 a day and a share price of 30 pence excluding paraguay by end of next year
Anything up to .125 is a huge buy as far as I am concerned
When all is done this 3 well programme could give us in excess of 1200 a day. Also give us new reserves and is moving P2 to P1. Fanstatic news
Great post Stockable. I have how should we call it played top trumps between these two companies and PPC WON HANDS DOWN.
Here and now given what will be occurring in the next 12 months you sell Amerisur and buy President ALL DAY LONG.
Please correct if I am wrong but
Although I doubt he does want to do it, in the core interview PL talked of the possibility of taking the company private.
My understanding is that to do this he needs 51% support
His holding is out of the equation leaving him requiring 51% of the balance ie 35% with II holding 42%.So almost all II would have to agree.
I'm not sure but would suspect that all things considered PL would by the end of this year have to pay somewhere between 20-30 pence a share (revenue/average of funding rounds)
Pretty sure he isn"t going to do it and I hope he see's no reason to in the future but how often do you invest in a company where the guy running the show owns 30% and has the ability to take it private if he so wishes.
Quite frankly and geo political risk aside people should be biting market makers hands off at 9 pence if they can hold for 2 to 3 years.
beats the bank!
Sadly I am long to the ying yangs and 50% down
That there is more to this than meets the eye!
In my opinion there will be no dividend on this stock for a minimum of 24 months and I don't want want one quite frankly until this company has a market cap exceeding 750m
Golden rule
Always invest in people first company second
I would rather it doesn't come to that and that we see the company grow as a public company and all make a good return
Was initially somewhat concerned but on reflection this is great it's basically an underlying bid for the company. If it were to happen cannot see for the life of me institutional holders agreeing for anything less than 18 pence. SO FILL YOUR BOOTS!
thanks guys your comments are much appreciated and i have to say the comments on this board are so much more mature than the rubbish i have been reading on adorn recently.
On potential acquisitions over the last 18 months
Number of looked at
% difference from bid to actual purchase price
% of that have fallen by the wayside
% of private and public offerings
etc
Clearer results re workover/new drills
Number of additional barrels not just collective % increase
P1?/P2 OR BOTH approx increase of P2 TO P1
Better indication of prices paid, and gross profit per barrel per region
Sadly will not be able to attend have spoken to PL but never met him. If anybody could be so kind I might ask if you would consider asking some questions on my behalf if you think them worthy.
For starters
Would like to see a detailed RNS before the end of the year outlining a work program (success permitting) for 2019.
Don't know how he is doing but an indicator to watch for is the forth coming crop harvest could make a big difference.
Looking for 25-30m for next year to bring on 2500 bpd or better
we want 10,000 bpd and 50m reserves giving a stock valuation at around £0.55 or better and then a full listing
I understand we have to drill next year but would rather see development in Argentina of existing assets plus some kind of low risk acquisition
Simply we have about 2 to 3 years to find 20m of new P1 reserves
we need to start finding a multiple (4) in relation to what we are taking out in the next 24 months
