the new mine already produces on nameplate .. the SP will rise from here .... the AISC will go down from 1400$ and a lot of cash will come in with 100000oz p.a. production...

@1200-1300 AISC Shanta generates 70 million$ p.a. Ebidta from its 2 mines ... there is absolutely no problem serving the short-term-debt ...and there is a possibility getting back the VAT from tanzania as addional source of cash.. debt will go down very fast from now....

150m is way too high ... i bet 70-80m is a good number ... nobody will pay such a high amount + Capex on top ...

the SP will rise with good results and now with 2 mines the free-cashflow will rise significantly ... and i think there is a overhang of shares from the last CEO who left the company on March31 ... thats all ... WK is the key here long-term

because ssoner or later this project becomes reality ... i own shares in Arafura, Lnas, Peak and others ... made good money on these stocks and made money with Pensana in 2020-2021 .. this developement here now is no catastrophe at all ... and i'am sure the dust will settle fast because financings are on the way

Pensana was nearly a 10-bagger back in 2021 .. i sold half of my shares near 1.50 after the switch from the ASX to the LSE.. developement of the SP since then was dissapointing but nobody knows what future brings here...

Looking ahead to the coming 12 months, we are cognisant of the work that lies ahead. Our primary focus will be on delivering Araguaia on-time, on-budget and safely. We are targeting cold commissioning towards the end of 2023 with hot commissioning and subsequent first nickel in 1Q 2024. Alongside this work, we are planning to conduct a feasibility study on the second line at Araguaia, a relatively low capex project that will double production from 14,500 tonnes per annum to 29,000 tonnes per annum. Vermelho workflows will be centred around the Feasibility study and EIA permitting process, both expected to be finalized in 2024.

for me this all is dissapointing... after years of waiting they will sell the project for peanuts... i'am sure after fees and management compensation nothing will be left for shareholders... all insiders will be served via the backdoor
