they are not tight on cash ... absolutely not .... we have cashflow from the mine wich is running well , 14 million Cash + Gold , undrawn debt-facility ... and only 12 million capex left ... and they already stockpiled 120000 tonnes of material for processing ... i see absolutely no problem here...

look at the presentation and the catalysts over the next 3-4 months ... i feel good holding this stock ... 12 million USD in capex to be spend ... cashflow from the running mine .. next year better cashflow without further Capex-spending ... looks all good to me ... the only question is the POG not execution

highly possible the POG will rise significantly next year because the USD-index will built a top this year ... Chaarat Gold already owns shares in Shanta ... they possibly will drive the price with a bid but not for win this battle.. they want to drive the price up and tender the the shares for a profit...

the problem is not Yanifolia ..its the contractor ... AISC near 1400$ in Q4 2022 ... this will help ... we need a good start at Kouroussa and hopefully POG will start to rise in 2023 ... agree with dugbe , but this project is enormous hidden value

the SP already is destroyed ... makes no sense to sell ... good news is they secured new financing and the are on track with construction ... Q4 AISC guidiance is OK too...

25 pence will not be their first offer-price ... look back to thje Cardinol offer ... they raised the offer several times ...

possible they will pay 25 cent but this depends on the resource-upside in WK ..

because an offer will be maximum 50% above the 30 day average ... trasnslates into 13-14 pence per share ... hopefully with a bidding war 20 pence is arcieveable ...

some really dumb reactions here.. this is a development-Company.... and yes they will dilute until they will start earning money from selling their product .... whats imporatnt here is the difference from NPV to marketcap ... this gap will close some day ... i'am partially happy the cost-overun is only 12% ..it could be much worser ... we are 1 1/4 year away from production and everybody has the chance buying cheap now or in the next months ... first the pain..later the gain... this 2 projects will print billions of $$$ in the future...

at all good news today the new PP will allow HZM complete construction..i expected more inflationary pressure ... looks like all contracts are in place now .... in parallel HZM is advancing the second project and more engeniering work ... i will add more at weakness and so dilution will be not my problem down the road
