Could NCYT raise capital by selling additional shares to buy GSK retail arm or maybe anyone else?

seeing that the BMJ was referenced as a source of guidance for this 'medical person', spreading vaccine “misinformation” can put licence at risk (especially here in the UK)...even an opinion?!

In my experience and unless in a medical environment, medical professionals are very careful when/ who they reveal information to....so is a bit iffy :-s
a fair bit is always revealed in job descriptions...I like this one seen here:
"It is an exciting time to join our team as we are making huge leaps in the fight against COVID-19 and have recently been awarded a Breakthrough of the Year award at the European Mediscience Awards 2020.
We are the best in the world at what we do. If you are looking to learn, grow and succeed as part of a passionate team who are eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you!"
I sometimes feel that the main headlines htese days must be thought and decided in a kindergarten, then lapped up by the masses unfortunately......look what happened to the petrol crisis and you think these idividuals are capable of testing honestly at home.....the headlines are all designed to push towards the cheapest option possible and home testing ....which has already failed on many levels, the main one being testing abuse. Once these home tests run out, it will be up to corporate due dilligence to take over in many environments...
The recent 2G-3G PCR releases will make PCR testing even more accurate.....again, NCYT ahead of the game and anticipating shortfalls is testing strategy.
like when any new higher level or CEO starts....DA will have a lot of energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and contacts (especially in the USA) to add to the mix....the next six months I'm sure will be very exciting and hence rewarding :-)
decentralised labs...even via a car battery.....it will be decentralised testing in all therapy areas (cancer, heart desease, blood disorders, viruses) that will go on for many years to come....that's why this share will be around for many many years to come....well at least until take-over day ;-)
The latest Public Health England reports are showing that in some age groups the rates of COVID infection are higher in vaccinated patients than unvaccinated. The report states, "In individuals aged 40 to 79, the rate of a positive COVID-19 test is higher in vaccinated individuals compared to unvaccinated."

It will be interesting to see how our memory biased SARs antibodies perform against flu and RSV.....there is evidence that having flu jab this Winter will push the COVID antibodies protection aside.....
"Double-jabbed Brits battling 'worst colds ever' could have Covid without knowing"....even more reason for WinterPlex !

Also I see Chris Whitty & Co inc BoJo is coming under fire for acting too late at the beginning of the pandemic and going for herd immunity and ZERO planning, like with everything else going on.... "'Fly by the seat of your pants" startegy :-(
forget how the govt has handled the haulage driver and key worker NHS staff shortages, import/ export chaos.... this says it all for LFTs:
" The LFD used in the UK fails to identify individuals with considerable viral loads and has been subject to a class I recall by the US FDA but is still approved and recommended for use by the UK government. We believe that using LFD testing for assessing SARS-CoV-2 infection risk is a strategy which has risks that outweigh any benefits"
when the SP volumes are so low it's so much easier to grind it down, albeit by sentiment or mainly by the shorter term trader trying to make a buck.....over the last six months NCYT has realeased some decent info mainly R&D and some future highlights....goes up a bit, then getsound down again.
When the institutions come on board (from inside info/ rumour hill etc and when the time's right) e.g. iis and the like in volume...that'll be what turns this share around and takes it to the next level.....most LTH will be gone by then....it's the 90% of PIs with sticky fingers/ and loss that's keeping this share from moving....so a priority for when DA comes on board should be to appeal to the institutions and above ;-)
Products like CO-Prep and 3G HT in my experience are developed with a customer....3G HT will definately be a Tier 1 test facility testing now at volume with the accuracy 3 gene will give....I'll be interested to hear who the customers are also, end of this month or Nov......
