You cannot get accounts from random websites, the actual current accounts come from which ever company you are analysing and in the case of BBSN, they look far from awful imo.

I have done a lot of investigation and analysis with BBSN, (I'm an analyst) but hardly ever post on bb's. You cannot base any companies future success on its history, that's just a fact, many factors have changed recently. Instead you need to look into the last 12 months revenue and data which is available, specifically the new CEO Claire and what she achieved with Shed Media and what is clear she is achieving here. I have a load of data on BBSN but to answer your funding question specifically, H2 2017 operating loss £2.796 million, H1 2018 operating loss £417k, that's an 85% drop in operating loss in 6 months. As of H1 2018 they have £4.170 million in the bank, that's 5 years funding at current levels, in addition to this the CEO has officially confirmed no funding is required through to net profit. Always dyor.

Massive investment and massive assets, I believe this will come through, nothing changed IMO.

I believe Konta port is fully operational now but with the slight disadvantage of temporarily running an additional barge to load the vessel, if done safely there is no issue. The fact that the RAR is being built imminently and a trans-shipment facility is going to be constructed adjacent to Konta Port (which solves the barge issue) - BZM suddenly becomes a very exciting prospect. IMO an SP of 0.60p is very comical.

Great find EyeGuy, this all makes sence as the Konta port had design issues which means it could only handle loading small barges at port to load a cape size vessel offshore (more expensive shipping costs but with the option to re-engineer the port once cash flow is available)! The re-engineering of the port already has plans and costs at $28 million to make it a 10 million capacity world class port. It sounds like they have it all planned out from mine to loaded vessel, which explains why they are now talking about JV's or sale (they could only do that if they had a complete and thorough plan). By the way BZM do own Konta Port, the impairment of 92million was a write down of the asset due to its loading vessel issue but it states clearly this impairment can be reversed in part or in full when a plan was established to load vessel safely. Only my opinion but I'd say the port alone is 3 or 4 times our Mcap, game on!

After watching here for a while, researching as much as i practically can along with reading the excellent posts from EyeGuy, BigBear2 and a couple of others. I really cannot see this multibagging, I didn't start buying last week, today and I don't intend accumulating until I have quite a strong holding - move along folks, nothing to see here! Is that any good Eyeguy?

The turning point of BBSN was along time ago now, some good analysts spotted this hence a very high percentage of BBSN shares being held by institutions and very few sold off since (follow the money). Claire won't entertain any contracts or partners that won't make considerable revenue in the future (she proved this 3/4 of a year ago when she dumped some high revenue but low margin contracts even though they looked pretty in the revenue column). I don't think it's a case of if BBSN makes it just when and that's the problem. I believe Q4 will see break even but we are along way from the large profits I think we will one day see. I'm slowly accumulating so don't mind the dips or sell off's and I'm sure there will be plenty, all IMO.

I know what you mean Slipsy, don't really have any money but would like to top up but only at a decent price. I will hold all my shares medium term as I believe this is a medium/large company in the making IMO.

Nearly 70% of all shares in circulation are held by institutions, very little free float, all detailed in historical news.

Some will sell at 3.5p but 3.5p is just the start, imagine the sp once half a dozen large contracts put our way, double digit sp at least IMO.

Hi NicetoMichu, I believe government approval and paper work was completed a while ago although still delays with each payment. We are not talking about an average company obtaining 54% but yes agree with you, they will be negotiating a strong and controlling position for themselves. It would be nice to see it all confirmed in an RNS at 7am but I'm thinking they will delay a statement, happy to be wrong on this though. I'm personally quietly confident and won't trade any in 2018.

Under China law the amount of money needed to buy the 54% of Bagir would need government approval to be released out of the country, any holdup is not Shandong Ruyi and they are not making a mess of the transaction, they are a professional and cash rich group who wouldn't give $3.3 million away. The deadline stated is the transaction deadline not an RNS deadline, it can also take upto 2 weeks for money transfers to complete via china by the way. Shandong Ruyi has the ability to send contracts our way very quickly once/if the deal completes. All my opinion only.

The wording used is "committed to complete the transaction", any announcement won't be issued before the deadline and could be a working day or two after the deadline (ie next Monday/Tuesday), just my opinion though. The Ethiopian asset I believe is to valuable to them to even consider backing out but worst case is we keep the $3.3million as its stated as non refundable. All just my opinion.

They wouldn't have committed 2nd payment if they were in any doubt. Imagine how long it would take them to buy land, get planning and build a factory in the most strategic area on the planet for textile manufacturing. Buying a massive % of a comany with a factory in place already is a bargain for them and the main reason they are investing here. All just my opinion though.

It happens to the best of us but when you are feeling worried just remember why you originally invested and stay strong! Bagir's assets are a strategic bargain to the chinese and the money already deposited is non refundable. I will be a LTH with Bagir.
