What are the chances of an intraday RNS? Or does everyone think a 7am is more likely?

I'll 3rd that, sometimes less is more! I notice over on WYG someone sold 92,000 shares Friday for 16.966p each and pocketed £15,610, if they sold now just 1 working day later it would have been 51.5p and £47,380! Not saying that will defo happen here but I wouldn't sell a share with so much potential and only get a few % out of it.

Well done in the new job rnorth. The most recent RNS mentions "tremendous confidence" In next steps to human trails so I wonder if they are going to accelerate the NXP002 project also?

After I told myself no more top ups! I topped up again, just before close - that's it for me now, no money left!

Here are some details on Bioavailability and pharmacokinetics using cocrystal tech on molecule drugs, (animal study):- Bioavailability is defined as the rate and extent of pure drug that reaches into systemic circulation [54]. Low oral bioavailability of APIs is a major challenge during the development of new formulations. Crystal engineering is mainly used to design and synthesize the pharmaceutical cocrystals with enhanced aqueous solubility and oral bioavailability. Pharmacokinetics study of apixaban-oxalic acid cocrystals showed that oral bioavailability was increased by 2.7 times as compared to pure drug [38]. Oral bioavailability of baicalein was increased by formation of cocrystals with nicotinamide and showed that cocrystals had 2.49 times higher peak plasma concentration (Cmax) and 2.80 times higher area under the curve (AUC) as compared to pure drug [55]. Meloxicam cocrystals with aspirin exhibited better oral bioavailability as compared to pure drug and showed 12 times faster onset of action than pure drug [56]. Cocrystals of 6-mercaptopurine (a BCS Class-II drug) showed higher oral bioavailability i.e.168.7% than pure drug [40].

I'm guessing today's RNS is a result of getting the raw data from the 001 human studies back! So what the heck was in this raw data for (what I believe to be a very genuine & honest BOD) to be using words like "tremendous confidence". Don't underestimate the use of these words - as always dyor and these are only my observations and opinions!

Doesn't often happen but when it does! Missed out completely on 88e and CTAG. No one really knows how far we will go or when but I see alot of fun to be had here. I only have 2 shares on my radar and NFX is the main one, only my opinion mind you.

From memory Tern did over 28 bags in about 12 weeks, truely staggering! Even now it's come back down it's still 600% up from it's lows!

I can remember loads of huge sells in Tern at 4p, 3p and 2p, I was buying at the time. That went on to do about 3000% increase, not saying that here, just agree with Taff.

It may be worth getting cramp HH, I advised someone a while ago on a share I was in and we both went in fairly big (big for us anyway)! I ended up getting trigger happy and sold at a very good profit but my friend did way, way better than me by sitting on his hands. Each share is different and nothing is a given but there is huge potential here so I am not selling any, all just my opinion, dyor.

Sorry about that happyholder it could have been me, I blabbed to 2 friends a few weeks ago when NFX was 3p. 1 friend invested and the other didn't, guess which one of them is smiling today though?

I think this could become relevant to NFX in the future via Ebers and supply to Europe but not a popular topic on this BB and only my opinion.
