I will happily take 321p for my 91k shares thank you very much.
A board or telegram group should be informative above all. To label anyone who has anything negative to say about WSBN a ‘deramper’ is disengenious. Having said that, I’ll stop posting here as I believe I’ve made my point.
Agreed that City Girl on the Telegram group is awful. She refuses any negative comments on Wsbn. That group is just an echo chamber of false positivity. I feel genuinely sorry for all those who bought in because of her incessant ramping.
I got kicked out of the WSBN Telegram group for having had the audacity to say the RNS was dreadful! I‘m glad I sold out of this at 9p a few weeks ago. Never going to reinvest either.
I‘m long on CHAR, a much much better prospect for lth.
Completely sold out of this crap at 0.40 a while ago. What a joke.
If CHAR expect to pay dividends a few years down the line due to excess profits, perhaps a share buyback programme could be also be considered?
IMO that 2 million will be bled away in compensation for the remaining employees, after which the company will be wound down. It's over.
A 10x bagger from here would be 90p. Do you really think that's doable?
Between 9p and 11p
CHAR could decide to sell 15% of its stake for cash up front, which would allow them to fund the development all the way to gas sales whilst retaining ownership of 85%.
This would be more lucrative for CHAR and better for shareholders imho.
I got my excess shares (only 7k mind you) on 05th Jan. Cash was only taken on the same day, so I'm not due any cash back.
@1DAY MAYBE & Da_Gee
What is your expected SP increase upon good RNS? I was originally aiming for 20p, but with a very low number of shares in issue this could well pump a lot higher.
What are the chances they can’t find financial backers and other key stakeholders to exploit the well even if they find the oil as expected?
You think there'll be another raise to fund these new projects?
That got me too. Kinda wish he left it out.
I applied for 7k extra shares and got all of them.
I'm expecting 20p much earlier than 2024.
I think these SPs are before the most recent dilution?
I own 20.5k shares at a BEP of 18.5p.
I’ll be topping up with more, maybe 2k worth of shares, in Jan. Then that’s my total investment in He1. Happy to wait for the discovery, which will be in Jul/Aug 22. Nothing much will happen until then.
NPV represents the sum of the future cash flows discounted to today's internal discount rate. It is the unrisked value; the book value.
The SP represents the Market Value i.e. no. of share x SP = Market Capitalisation. There is a huge difference between Book and Market Value, because the market (normally) gives a premium (anything from 10% to +100% depending on lots of factors) to the book value. With a NPV of +16p I would expect (in this case) the SP to be +30p.
