With 276m shares outstanding a £2 SP would give us. Market cap of over £0.5bn. What makes you think the market would value us as such?

If they discover >1tcf during their Loukas drilling campaign, the revenues it'll produce combined with revenues from Anchois/Lixus/Rissanna gas sales, will result in a yearly dividend payout of at least 10p per share.

Absolutely mindboggling. An annual dividend, to be paid out in a few years from now, equal to the current SP.

They will raise funds at the subsidiary level via a spin out of the renewables business. So YES there will be funds raised, but NO there won't be any equity raise by CHAR (equity will come via other companies buying into the new renewables subsidiary)

The $50m loan note is a good example.

Some peeps thinks it's a loan from ENOG to CHAR which CHAR will have to pay back to ENOG after the 5-year term; and they can pay it back in CHAR shares ONLY if the CHAR SP is above $20 (strike price) at the date when the payment falls due.

Other's think it's a loan payable to CHAR from ENOG only 5 years AFTER FID signing.

More think it's a mixture of the above with other bells and whistles attached.

Apparently it's just $50m cash paid by ENOG to CHAR. It's not a loan at all.

That piece is terribly written, full of flaws and inconsistencies. Ignore it.

And unlike a major or a super the time to make decisions and act upon them is much shorter. Make no bones about it; if we had partnered with a major or super, we would not be seeing operations commencing at anywhere near the pace that we are and will be seeing. Expect ENOG to really go after all Moroccan offshore areas. They want to go big and they want to go big quickly, and that’s what ONYHM also want.

She more or less confirmed your money is gone i.e. no discovery at Itumbula and it's all over, and even if we do get a discovery there'll be an immediate raise to cover the costs of going back to Tai 3.
