Simples, so it might not be just contracts that Capita can benefit from but we might pick up some very competant people, who see a better future with us than ASOS. Rats>Ship>Sinking, so to speak. Well, maybe not rats. It all smells of Capita in the day's of Pindar/Parker. They were CEO's after Aldridge, and run up a good bit of debt from what i read. Then we got our chum JL. Our debt now is a fraction of what it was (£1.1bn?), and with Adolfo at the helm, i recon, with patience, we will come out ok.....

With a market cap of just EUR 188m, and debt of EUR 5 billion, it's not looking good for our competitor ATOS

Interestingly, revenue is quoted at EUR 10.7 billion. Lesson there, in that revenue is not a metric to be relied upon too much.

Government talking to 'other providers' should the worst happen. Capita perhaps? Is a golden opportunity about to land in AH's lap!

Agree, i thought the Cap Mkts Presentation was a watershed moment in the true turning around of Capita. Yet, nothing of comment from analysts save a TP of 40p from Barclays. That for me is dissapointing . Even MW reduced their short position on the same day, so they saw something i guess.

So we LTH's are all suffering. But i feel i am now swimming, and no longer feel as if drowning. I am convinced i will get my money back, whereas under JL i wasn't at all sure.

Patience is the best virtue now. 6 weeks until H1 numbers and more good news from AH

I need 23p now, after averaging down 'the very last time' about 6 times. If it ever gets over that it's circ £2370 a penny rise. Tho i will probably sell some on any rise, as am in way too deep here. Good luck all LTH

Again Simples, many thanks. CFO joining soon if i recall. (Didn't he already buy some shares??) Then AH will have gathered around him his tried & trusted team. After all those years of worrying if i would ever see my money back, i feel now a renewed enthusiasm. Maybe there are many within Capita who feel the same way.

I have Capita H1 Results in my diary for 2nd August. That's only c6 weeks off folks.

you seem to have a very good grasp of how things work, and am much enjoying your views.

Would you like to expand more on where the company might be in 3 - 5 years. AH wants to 'transform' Capita, and am hugely confident he is the CEO to achieve that. Are you able to put some meat on the bone with that? To me, JL just kept selling bits off to balance the books. No real point keep looking backwards at his tenure. Lets look to the future, and what it might look like. Question to the board as a whole actually....

Re; Analysts predictions. As the situation within Capita is changing for the better, i would place more value on the more recent SP targets. Certainly post Cap Mkts presentation. Barclays at 40p is excellant. Robin Speakman at Shore Capital has been bullish on CPI for some time; shame he rarely includes a target SP.

Have long held the view that the share price of any quoted company at any one time is a product of manipulation. In effect, a disjoint from how the company is performing to where the SP is. Market Makers, Shorters, Media & Analysts all playing the game so they all come out on top.
