What IP’s are they…. Is it something to do with the dosing application?

Can you explain in further detail the comment about Dr Chris Chassinol and the IP’s please

Oh and this was written by the company…. it’s out of date from 2021…..which says it all really…….

Where is the Patent for the dosing tool? Which was part of the NICR grant funding…….there is no patent?

What IP has DR Chris got?

Where is the update about the scientific advisory board that was promised?

The conversion ration of lead to contract is less than 5% which is frankly horrific..

I believe that there is a company presentation due soon, I would be of the mind to email and state we all want this in person…. As frankly the BOD need to take responsibility for there own actions and be accountable

I don’t think it’s actually the raise that’s an issue.

Its two things in my view

1. The heavily discounted raise why this low it’s disgusting

2. The company have been stating they are in a strong position both via presentations, RNS and personal emails to share holder which frankly is deceptive as…

2. Where is the revenue Generation….

3. Where are the contracts from the pipeline that has been discussed?

4. What is outcome of the conference that will have costs the company tens of thousands of pounds

5. Why are the communications to

Shareholders and market so poor?

6. What IP has DR Chassignol taken? These IP were owned by the company so therefore shareholder and we require an answer.

7. What is the DoseMerx route to market - what is the projected revenues from this?

8. Where is the beyond blood update?

9. Why is the prostate cancer dosing app not patented as per the NIHR grants T&C’s

10. What is the Payroll % for the business vs revenue ?

11. Why don’t the BOD and Team members own any shares?

12. Why is the website riddled with mistakes….whos role is this to amend

13. Why aren’t they company looking expanding there social media presence/ LinkedIn they are effectively posting to half a dozen people.

14. An investors meet company presentation is not effective to broadcast to the market or shareholders as has very very little pick up.

15. if we are going into the new financial year with highest every BOD why decimate the SP and screw over shareholder at a 50% discount - effectively meaning these contracts are it and nothing left moving forward

Frankly this is an utter disgrace….which also indicates it’s very unlikely there is any contracts and further positive news coming down the line any time soon.

Only issue I have is that Twitter is going to 800 people. And it hasn’t increased in over 9 months so the engagements are FA

I have spoke to PS and he has mentioned that the company is looking at potential ways to promote the company to investors in addition to the company presentation they current do and that they are speaking to the broker…..granted he said this 4 months ago which isn’t ideal
