Frankly this MC is ridiculously undervalued and can / should be multiples and multiples

Was generating 11mil in revenue

We might say small things but....... PYC's websites is effectively its biggest selling point to anyone, new clients, investors anyone....it has zero social media presence.

As either of the above (client or investor) I see a amalgamation of incorrect or outdated info it doesn't really give any faith does it.... So it might not be a small thing after all....rather the opposite

I’d guess it’s been updated now after numerous shareholder questioned the mismanagement of the website….

It also put to bed unofficially I’d suppose that there are any new TR1’s and any “companies” that took the placing.

I still note the website’s inconsistencies of stating 100 projects on one page and 90 on another …. Attention to detail…..

Laura…those facts are facts and in most cases shares do rise after placings due to cash on the bank uncertainties.

Don’t get me wrong the BOD shafted LTH and very much disagree with the placing at that price.

I’m presuming Pete has seem a lot of things he also disagrees with within the company and has made / is making various changes…..

The BOD still need to ensure shareholders confidence and market is restored and I am also aware there will be an IMC meeting but in my view they need to do a hell of a lot more…. If you look at the views on the presentation there’s about 40/50 people…..shows there is pretty much zero interest in the company…..at the moment

Aim…..there is value at these prices and I’m sure you probably agree….

Price gotta rise 20% first lol

If those buys are are the same person / company then its over the 3% threshold therefore at TR1 should be due... (not like people listen to those rules lol)

There is a few options to why....

One they don't believe in the product and the fact it will become profitable and a good investment...

Two they really don't care.....

Three they may think there is a potential like Oxford Canaboinds to go private to gain investment & "True Value" after all one of our directors Dr Tim Corn is the COO.... (Granted they were main Market)

i dunno just talking our loud with potentials - personally its one and two combined

Please not forget the situation we are in.... and that the board have been taking shareholders for granted and very much for fools.

The have raised £400k and nearly doubling the shares in issue...

They do not answer specific questions which i am fully aware numerous people have asked....they state they will do a presentation again.....and again they will not answer valid question......

i might add this has absolutely nothing to do with AIM &Market rules.....A lot if directors in AIM hide behind this "phrase" and people are gullible to believe it as they don't under stand it themselves......

The board of Directors has a responsibility and corporate governance to follow - the out dated version is on PYC website ....heave a read and see how many points they have failed on....

Granted there is the BEST ever revenues going into a new financial year...... but so were last years and the years before....its not hard to beat abysmal revenue Figueres..... Its easy for Dr Pete to mention this but he hasn't been here for 10 years like the rest of us, that have seen and heard this all before....and just more raises and more raises...... We could get 510k going into next year and that would be the highest ever....Still need a raise !!!!

They want more staff for what exactly there is no new contracts.....

PYC have 15 Staff including Directors and 3 on and Advisory Board.....18 ....

None of which took part in the raise and no of which have bought any shares in the company pretty much ever....JM with a token £5k... £5k in 15 Years.....

So when we all receive an email or a message from Dr Pete or whoever.....Lets not forget they are accountable....they tell us there is green shoots etc and its the best year ever.....Yet not one single member of the team or directors believe that's the case or actually have any confidence in the product.....

Cant believe people are that easily appeased....
