It seems to be a recurring theme here for us PI's.
We tend to cling on to any piece of reported news from sources found in the depths of the tinternet.
We really need to hear any such updates officially in the form of a RNS.
We're just managing to stay above the placing price of 18p, I just hope it can hold.......

Turned out the 18p held up much better than I expected..... Thankfully!

Now, if you don't mind Chariot may we start to move up to a slightly higher share price, for all us long term, long suffering share holders, especially.

I was just wondering if you were surprised/concerned with the current share price dropping below the offer price, as I noted you thought it was a bullish candle signal on the 14th of June when the price was at 20.80.

You actually answered your own question there n1 shares - In one word - Dilution.

CEO don't let the "boom brigade" drive you off the board, stand strong CEO!!!
Seems like the only posters who don't get "lynched" are the ones who constantly post "this is going stratospheric" "we're heading to the moon" "boom" etc, etc..... (Jimmy23 I am not including you in that statement)
If you don't like what CEO has to say and can't engage in a civil manner just hit the filter button.... Simples

Builder12: One is glad you took it in the spirit it was intended..

Builder12: One had written off one's considerable losses which were not worth selling and moving on from, so one instead just placed one's shares in one's proverbial bottom drawer.
And upon Chariot's resurrection one had to get out the WD40 and pry bar to open one's bottom drawer and now one lives in hope of finally being able to sell out with a little profit. I trust that answers your question :-)

Not as clear cut as that though is it, if like me, and many other long term holders were to do so it would mean selling at a loss and our holding has been diluted (again) we are not all sitting on averages below todays share price. I think it is good that we can discuss our differing opinions as it is good to hear from other posters like yourself who clearly has a fair bit of knowledge about this. We are not all experts in "the field" some of us are just dabbling, or dipping our toe in the water or should that be the market... And we don't want it to get stood on by the Elephant < Tongue in cheek moment again. Anyway that is it for me for now. I've got to run to catch the Chariot train it is just departing.. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ All aboard!

BDC. Totally agree..
We have found the Elephant (reference from times past, long term holders will remember it) however at this stage it seems the elephant is quite expensive to keep and the greedy so-and-so has literally eaten some of all of our shares :-(
Anyway, as you rightly say I must look forwards so onwards and upwards, one day this elephant will make us all very happy : -))

BDC, We mustn't forget there were placings before the "last one" Tongue in cheek again so don't take offence as I can see you have been popping the "positivity pills" today and are beating the chariot drum very loudly.
I just hope you are right with your prediction of where we may be heading to and we actually mange to get there without being taken over at a discounted price.

BDC Just checked my share account and yes i'm most definitely a long term holder and sitting on a considerable loss.
I appreciate things are different now from back then, but to me the way the placing took place and the movement in the share price beforehand brought back painful memories of times past.
The Groundhog Day comment was tongue in cheek so don't take it too seriously.

There's a strong sense of deva vu about this placing, as i'm sure many long term holders will be able to relate to.
Nonetheless let's hope it is "onwards and upwards" albeit somewhat diluted for us long term "sufferers" of the Chariot dream or should that be nightmare!
Takeover in the making? Wouldn't rule it out.....

I am not sure if you are trying to impersonate or perhaps impress your hero SHC but either way I am not going to converse with you as it serves no purpose other than clogging up the board and I suspect that is exactly what you are looking for.

BW007: If only he had left it on it would have been much better for all of us, but I suppose it is difficult to take such action when you are the CEO of the keyboard warrior club.
However I do sincerely hope we will now have a more harmonious board where both points of view can be discussed without the need for personal attacks and or snide replies.
