Yes I agree with that too.. if they did fold all the projects waiting on the side lines would have to wait a lot longer.
Now they seem to be getting on with the business surely will be quicker and work in our favour more?

The fact that they have now approved a loan to connect to the grid is a very positive sign for me. That would be the biggest waste of 1.2m if they were not going to confirm the ppa.

Yes you are correct but this part of the update is still questioning the confirmation of the ppa

Yes that article did state wind and solar would be hit the hardest, that's why maybe our renewable business might be easier to approve. Especially with helping to reduce the excess wood situation they have to prevent more wildfires.

I never understood that either.... I personally would of preferred to hear this was all a delay due to PG and E's wildfire/potential bankruptcy. Possibly Ian didnt want to state the bankruptcy part?
But either way it was the truth that we all found out and (eqtec the company) still hasn't informed us.

Thanks birdseye for posting that.. so there is still no completion of ppa from pg and e. But this bit is good to hear.

Through the cooperation of multiple state agencies, the Company 
will be receiving an interim loan from the California Infrastructure and Economic Development 
Bank for $1.2 million. This loan will allow the company to pay for the PG&E interconnection 
and to provide funds for the completion of construction related costs.

That is one key piece of the installation that is good to hear.

It's been a very hard time holding here and I have considered averaging down again for the chance of a quick gain on next news. As you say why would the lenders and bod have taken so many shares, they should expect a 100% gain from here.

The fact that our equipment has been shipped and assuming that's true the guys are out there is good to know.
Did we get confirmation on payment for the equipment?
Youd like to think we would hear something within the next month or 2 about North fork. A great positive is we can keep upto date with the minutes meetings etc.

I too have been keeping an eye on these minute meetings... think how many businesses are on hold over this pg and e bull****e. Solar and wind will be stung the most.
Youd think there are minimum waste to energy sites compared to solar and wind.
Thus being more inclined to agree the ppa.

I do think there will be another pump rise for the bod/ lenders/mms to make money.
If there was no potential future for this company it should have folded by now. Why would the lenders issued more money and bod taking money in shares?
I do think the projects with Phoenix energy are legit and they must be sure these will come off to make everyone money from the SP.
The thing that baffles/angers me is I've reread the 1st Phoenix RNS and it says PPA to be granted shortly after design work. Now the issues with pg and e were fully known about by then so Ian would have known the ppa issue was guaranteed. Why issue the RNS and how can you find out that phoenix can confirm the info in the RNS is true?

I think the only way to get out with your money back is to buy more now (not saying I am) and wait for another hyped up RNS to come out.
Will this happen again? this has been going on for many years now.

An honest question for the experienced investor.

When eqtec were near this level last time.. one mou had taken the SP to around 1p.
Does history repeat itself in the AIM companies? If IP brings out another mou or contract are the MM'S going to see this as an opportunity to raise the SP high in knowing the SP will fall back sharply again by robbing easy money off punters jumping on board.
The mm's love the AIM companies to raise SP in huge gains only to fall back in a matter of days.. making punters sell at a loss quickly. Ultimately it's up to the mm to decide the SP?

Yeah classic... investor hasn't got anything to say anymore after repeating himself for the last 6 months. Then along comes calculatedone.
