The fact is that statement was in April we are now in August with no progressive statements since then. Terrible business. But I suppose that's what you get prior from a baker.

Your right, for potential businesses to use eqtec. They need to see they actually running the business and installing the equipment no matter how small the project.
If and I mean IF we get north fork and the 1st phoenix energy contract underway and maintain a good working relationship, this will open doors to other projects.

Wouldn't you want to see a business fully operational before you jumped in and signed on the dotted lines.

What we dont know is the relationship between Ian and greg (phoenix). He must be comfortable to have signed the framework and offered all the projects they have in the pipeline.
Bearing in mind there was another company on line before us.

Before PG and E got into their messy situation they had set up the bioMAT program. Which in hindsight is great because they made a singular program dedicated for biomass businesses.

With the latest minutes meeting and monies dedicated for the connection this might influence them to confirm the ppa and we can get the ball rolling again.
