Expecting a trading update RNS this week, if it was to mirror last year we would have it tomorrow(3mths to the day after interim results). Hopefully a positive one!

So reading the tender RNS, I'm assuming that the 23.61% fulfillment is on those shares above your entitlement. So if you had 1000 shares and tendered them all, you are selling 618(500 entitled+118 )@1.4 and are left with 382 shares? I thought small holders might have their tenders accepted in full - I should have just sold at 1.38/1.39 last week!

I'd be surprised if there was any truth in that one considering that they only bought that company last mth for 1/2 bn quid. But there are a lot of PE companies out there so wouldn't surprise me if one of them did bid for Telit.

Google is showing the last sale(could be a delayed trade). The closing price is normally set as part of the uncrossing trade(the one around 4:35) each day which tries to match outstanding bids/asks at that time.

Bob, surprisingly, that piece on Morningstar made no reference to the auction for the Pfizer business though. Surely that has to be considered when it comes to the mid term divvy prospects

If it's for 'homegrown companies ' as described then it has no impact on TCM. AIM listing is just a financial tool for them

What does this company have to offer? I'm tempted to just throw a few quid in to it as a pure gamble but I can't see where it is going. Just looking at it's accounts and it appears to have <£100k in cash, no other assets and not even a direction. Can anyone educate me?

Whats the story with the wild prices after 4:30pm (Range from 149 to 197) ? Are these late prices coming through? Also I checked my portfolio on google sheets this evening and it's picking up that 180p as the final price for TCM...delighted until I checked here and see it closed at 150p!

Agree Stuart, As they said on the call, they basically have goods produced in stock which is just waiting for certification before going to customers that want it, and they are expecting that certification this month. Appears to be an issue with Intel causing those delays. Lets hope to see a nice RNS later this month/early next month on that certification coming through as it will have an impact on cashflow for H2
