According to SFO on RR, "...there is either insufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction or it is not in the public interest to bring a prosecution in these cases".

Why then did RR take the ~£500m fine then? Was it just to stop the case dragging on further and tarnishing them further?

Is this the same project that Exxon decided not to proceed with? (53bn is total Southern Iraq Integrated Project not just the CSSP!)

I looked at the stocks that entered FTSE 250 in December and couldn't really see this happening. Fair enough Tullow's position is quite a different story and I'll be happy to be proved wrong :)

Assume market weighted, you would expect that the iShares fund would buy 7million quids (.22% of 3.2bn) worth.

Reading through the IPO docs the revenue for LEMS which is the money maker over the last few years stands out (in a bad way)

I see in the supplemental that
For the period ended 28 February 2020 : €447,831
So €437k was made in the 6 mths Sep 19- Feb 2020. I wonder why there was such a huge increase in this period?
Covid related possibly? Revenue for period ending Feb 2021 will be telling.

I'd like to know why revenue declined from company year 2016 to 2018 and why increase in H2 2019?

I see in its 2019 accounts Petrofac had a goodwill figure of ~$100m but Woodgroup carries over $5bn on their balance sheet(2019 accounts).
Seems very large for comparable companies.
