So by borrowing the shares someone has gained votes for the AGM.

I do regard the current placement as positive, ignoring the hopefully short term hit on the SP.

It feels like the BOD has bitten the bullet and cleaned out the stables and applying some direct hands on control which should prove beneficial in the long run.
