Description

Cancellation of Depositary Interests 

Effective date: 27th May 2019 

Computershare has given notice that it will cease to act as depositary for Frontera Resources Corporation Depositary Interests (DI’s) with effect from the close of business on the 27th May 2019. 

As a result, all DI’s as at the effective date were cancelled and DI holders will be entered as shareholders on the company’s share register. 

As the stock will no longer be trading on a supported stock exchange we will endeavour to provide you with a share certificate in relation to your holding, should one be issued by the company in the future. 

ISA Customers 
Unlisted shares are not considered an ISA qualifying investment. Certificates received in respect of ISA accounts will no longer be held within the tax efficient wrapper so will lose any tax benefits. 

SIPP, Pension Trading Account, and Junior ISA customers 
As withdrawals are not permitted from these products, the shares will remain on your account as an unlisted security.

Aubree all the best. Im sure we've all learnt some lessons. Just a tad annoyed that we ended up here after all the hype from SN, ZM, Kickermuk in the days/ weeks leading up to this mess, all very quiet now, leaving LTHs to suffer slowly.

Those that keep saying they've written this off but still have hope- make ur minds up. I for one have hope that we will get something out, I can only write this off once the final judgement is made, until then trying to keep a balance view of peoples opinions good or bad.

I've never met people as those on advfn, vile individuals who gloat at shareholders suffering. What goes around comes around. You will have your comeuppance.

Zaza - why on earth would you risk a multi billion pound asset for 2 million. You could have taken him to court after or just blody well pay off the 20 million and get hope out.

All the city interviews just before the company delists. Its so hard to believe but I hope its not an inside job. Hope takes the assets b4 Georgia Gov does.
