Hi charlesrixon. I hold a total of 16700 shares with an average of £1.97. I will not be buying more shares unless the price drops back to the £2 - £2.20 region, as I already have enough invested here. Bought some at £2.90 on 25 November but should have waited for a drop. I am holding here for at least 2-3 years. There is no point looking at the current daily swings as we know Saga can't operate cruises at the moment. I spoke to Saga yesterday, when I cancelled a car insurance policy and this side of the business seems to be doing well. The person I spoke to told me there have been far less insurance claims since COVID (as expected) and I hope this is reflected in the forthcoming update. Anyone with patience (at least 2 years) is onto a winner here. Trouble is everyone seems to expect an immediate rise/profit but I expect a lot of volatility here in the next 6 months or so.
I cancelled the policy in case a refund was available. The total cost for the year was only £100. Been buying Saga from £1.19 in October and now hold 16000 at a healthy profit, so not too bothered we didn't get a small refund. Onwards and upwards. GLA.
I phoned Saga today to cancel our car insurance policy on our 3rd runaround car, which has been scrapped due to old age. No refund though, due to a £50 cancellation charge. I asked the person I spoke to how the insurance business is doing. He said that the insurance business is doing very well, including the multi-year car insurance policies. He also confirmed there have been substantially fewer car insurance claims, so all sounds good for the forthcoming update.
ALBA, UFO and SRES. SRES already have mining and air permits for their CS Project in Nevada (natural Pozzolan and Perlite). Holding 26 million there at an average of 0.0015. Currently 0.0030. Please see recent RNS re collaboration with a major cement and ready-mix company, the Sunrise Resources website and, of course, DYOR. The company also has other ongoing projects - see today's update RNS.
Imo £3 by the end of January, £4 by end of June, £5 by end of September and £6 by 31 December 2021. Happy Christmas and New Year to everyone and best of luck here. Started buying at £1.19 not so long ago and now hold 16,500 with an average of £2.69. Bought a large number around £2.80 before the drop!! In hindsight I should have waited.
Picked up 100,000 @ 0.0235, so looks like a lot of the reported 'sells' are actually 'buys'. Hopefully this review will die a death fairly soon.
I'll go for £6.75.
You haven't lost anything until you sell at a loss. It's purely a paper loss and if you have faith in the company, you have no problem. Just bought 1 million at just over 0.0040. If they don't have gold then there will be an issue with the share price. Greenland to come. GLA
You have to remember that the Saga share price has already gone up 100% or more in a matter of weeks. Just pausing for breath. Hold here until April/May next year and (IMO) you will be laughing all the way to the bank.
I would therefore like to confirm that, following careful consideration, we have taken the very difficult decision to postpone our return to service for Spirit of Discovery until April 2021 and Spirit of Adventure’s inaugural cruise has also been rescheduled and she will now sail for the first time on May 4, 2021. This means that all cruises up to these dates will no longer operate and your cruise will not be going ahead as planned.
It would appear that the new website that mining exploration and development company Alien Metals (UFO) announced the previous session was money well spent, as the stock rose strongly for a second session running . The result was a 15% rise to 1.52p . Apart from the new website there was speculation that the final Mexico licenses could be announced over the next week.
