I'm still around and still holding 31m. Work commitments prevent me from having much time to post here. I too am frustrated by the lack of news and PC's apparent inability to secure any kind of deal/contract for the CS Project but I'll be staying here for the foreseeable future to see how this pans out. Best of luck everyone.
Let's hope for news soon on several fronts. I've been holding here since 2010, having originally bought some of these at 4.2p and 3.6p! A lot of patience has been required. Traded/sold some over the years, especially when it spiked to 36p a few years back, so fortunately I'm well in profit. Currently holding 31,839,798 with an average of 0.00135 and will wait to see how this pans out. Good luck all, particularly any long-term holders. It's been a bumpy and often frustrating 12 years and nerves of steel have been needed at times.
It's not undervalued at present. It's an early stage exploration company. However, on a 2-3 year view, I think this is a no brainer and I expect the share price will be substantially higher as things progress and more information becomes available.
Sheldrake, I agree targets/deadlines have been missed in the past but we've been through a tough last few years with many restrictions. Patrick has opted to take shares in lieu of salary and it is in his interest, as well us shareholders, to obtain the best outcome. If it takes another 6 months, so be it. I'm willing to wait. You have already increased your original investment by nearly 50% and can therefore sell at a nice profit if you wish. I just hope investors stop moaning every 5 minutes and give Patrick a break and time to get a JV concluded.
It's simple Sheldrake. If you are not happy with your investment, sell up and move on. I first invested here in 2010 at over 4p, and now hold 30M shares with an average of just over 0.0015. I've also traded some along the way for a healthy profit. I too am frustrated with delays/how long things have taken but 'm not going anywhere, as we seem so close to a deal now. Just a little more patience required. I agree with what ClaireMartin says. GLA.
£4 by the end of the year would be great! Sold a few I bought in the 330s and 340s this week but have retained a core holding on a 2-3 year view. Should do very well given time and the CEO purchase a while back was encouraging. Gives me confidence going forward. GLA.
Banburyboy, good luck tomorrow. Exciting day but if the news is good, the share price may not rise as shareholders expect. I only have a small holding in Saga compared to some, but I am looking/thinking a couple of years ahead, so short term fluctuations do not worry me too much (like the recent drop to nearly £3). I expect this to be north of £6 by the end of 2022. Too many investors only look at the short term position, especially over on ADVFN. Things will improve for Saga going forward but there will be a few hiccups/retraces along the way. GLA.
Bought 20,000 shares here at just over 20 some months ago and sold them at 24.05 on the recent rise. Pleased I did as it doesn't look like a deal will be announced anytime soon and this is disappointing. However, I'm sure good news/a deal will arrive eventually. I therefore intend buying back if this retreats to the 18/19 area. GLA.
Hi robleo, sorry to hear about your losses here and hope you can recover some of them. I have a different opinion to you as I first started buying at £1.19 late last year, with subsequent regular top ups. For me it has been my best performing share. I now hold just under 20,000 shares at an average £2.31, so you can understand why I don't consider this a crap share. In fact I think this has every chance of rising considerably over the course of the next 2-3 years. My car was insured with Saga for the last 12 months, but I moved to another insurer last week, as Saga just couldn't compete this year. However, it does seem that overall, the insurance side of the business is still doing well.
