In truth though, HH is correct in that you've not as yet lost your money - none of us long suffering holders have... It's just tied up in TGL or whatever we are to be known as... Until such time as the company is no more (which I'm confident won't happen), we've still got our money albeit without access to...

Many thanks for your reply... It at least puts my mind at rest a little that the investment isn't gone for good - but there is obviously that possibility now that they fold the company. I don't think though that this will happen... I've been burnt a few times in the time I've been investing and the golden rules have always been to do research, not trade based on other people's views and to do more research! What I saw with TGL and the board was good enough to put my hard-earned into and I stand by that. Hopefully we'll get a result in the first few weeks of the year. I can understand the frustration but at least it isn't all dead in the water at the moment. Keep the faith and let's see where we go. Thanks again.

If TGL does indeed relist as GOS in the future, what will happen to the shares held in a standard dealing account (and not an ISA)? Are they now worthless or will they be transferred when/if they relist under another banner? Is there a time limit now for all of this to take place? And if the shares are transferrable into a new listing, will it be automatic or will there be procedures to undergo? Sorry for the questions - I've been dealing for about 4yrs now and this situation (thankfully though regretably) is new to me... Thanks in advance...

So as a relatively small PI here with MTA, if - as and when, it is delisted from AIM, will I still hold the same amount of shares should it be relisted in the U.S.? Will they automatically transfer across? Whilst I think the setting up of the JPJ option is a good PR move on MTA's part, I believe I will still hold for the long term rather than trying to get some small short term return... Just i've never been in this particular situation before and am unsure as to how it will pan out should a de-list/relist in the coming months happen...
