I would hazard to guess that the ones who are getting the most frustrated regarding the valuation of the 5% are the ones who want to make a quick profit due to the SP having to be re rated . Surly if this goes to arbitration they would say to both SB and SD that they have both been on record saying the same thing and it is correct to have up to date resource data to be able to come to an agreement that is fair....

If SB wants to play nasty I wouldn't waste my breath if a was SD and would announce that a fair price for the 5% will go to arbitration. I would also make it clear that this discovery is far greater than what has been disclosed at this stage. No rush thanks SB we can hold

Great interview but i get the impression that SD feels that SB is trying to rush this 5% valuation and i get the impression that SB may not be willing to give what he knows it's potentially worth. Not easy as SB wants as much as he can for as little as possible and SD wants as much as he can to generate wealth for GGP and share holders. I say no rush and lets see what the true value is...All positive but seems a bit squeaky bum time. That's business....
