I would guess it’s out of frustration and the constant waiting for updates.
I’ve been invested here for what seems like an eternity, and the company have always been so slow to update.
The fact is, they are a small bio company with a less than proactive or communicative CEO.
I’ve heard the word patience mentioned here many times. I think LTHs have been extremely patient throughout.
Let’s hope we get some hidden gems from the deep dive. My concern is the company have not mentioned anything about an EUA if that happens, only that it will be in a peer review journal.
We will wait, with patience, yet again.
I know I’m returning to the RM bashing, but he gets paid a lot of money.
What has he achieved, so far, bearing in mind he has some very highly regarded respiratory scientists available?
GLA LTHs.
If deep dive and A2 data doesn’t throw up some positives, then I agree.
But until then, Poly continue buying and the RNSs have stated what Synairgens focus is.
Hold until then and have some belief, otherwise what’s the point of the investment.
I get that it’s not easy to just leave, as the loss would be great to most investors.
Doc
I hear what you’re saying about future positives, but we also have to remember:
Without Polygon’s buying, what other positive news have we had in the last year? Lots of unfulfilled potential, apart from the I/V potency, which largely got hidden in the negative RNS’s.
Without their buying, what would the SP currently be? I would say, a lot lower!
The SP will influence further buying by PIs. The frequent TR1’s have encouraged further investment and confidence/buying of SNG.
Let’s hope there is another, this week!

Throw out in 2013. Interesting read but what’s that got to do with Synairgen at this current time?
Aether
If you look on polygons website and browse around it will give you an overview of what they’re about.
I think that’s what manifesto was getting at.

Just checking?
If not, click filter and type the user name of the person you want to block.
Easy.
Rich
It’s far easier to filter him.
He won’t stop!
TL
Yes, I’m sure we are on the same page.

My point is that should have been accounted for in the P3 trial, not making changes for another trial that will take an age to get started, never mind finished!
Andy
After listening to the CEO of Faron, this morning.
I’m not sure whether he meant that their drug and steroid were given at exactly the same time, one after the other, and that was the reason their drug was compromised.
Or, when he said if they were not administered at the same time interferon would work, did he mean maybe the drug given one day and steroid the day after?
If that is the case, the evidence is out there which should have been apparent to RM on the optimum time to administer our drug.
Maybe this is a question that needs answering?
Tommy
Agreed, but my point was if this finding was out there, albeit only reported in a video 3 days ago, did our trial make the same mistakes by giving both SNG and SOC at the same time - surely not?
An email to our head of Comms might clarify this Tommy?
Interesting listen.
Guessing this was injectable interferon? If so, would the delivery in combination with SOC steroids have a different outcome with our own drugs delivery method?
He said that drug given first, then steroid is fine, but not given together.
Do we know if that occurred on our trial?
Surely not given together, especially if evidence is already out there to prevent the same mistakes being made again?

‘believing they had passed the futility test and believing the soft signals of recruitment. I got greedy dreaming of life changing profits and thats my own fault. I will be intersted to find out over the next few months what mistakes the company made during the trial, I just hope they are honest.’
I would say the soft signals were very strong and we all got pulled in by them. The positive evidence appeared overwhelming, pre readout.
As you say, nothing is certain .
Here he is, the village idiot everyone.
Drum roll pls.
Not followed the price for a while, but it used to almost track LSE, give or take a few pence.
I reckon it will drop from 31p to high 20s by end of play.
As I said Woody, each to their own.
All the best with your other investments.
Each to their own woody.
Selling now would be crazy!
If, following the deep dive and A2 data, things aren’t looking rosy then I will agree and take my loss.
Until then, have to remain positive.

This is unfortunately not going away. No Government plan, drop every restriction to keep the economy moving, fair enough.
A definite market for a therapeutic drug?

Unfortunately, I have to agree with a lot of what you said.
Some major blunders have occurred and I, for one, never thought at the time about the Home trial deep dive possibilities.
Is that another Brooke question?
Some decent buys today gone through.
