RE: RNS out22 Aug 2025 11:12
That is the question, “will Nick deliver?"
The Positive:
Yes, there has clearly been progress. According to Nick, the project is currently running below budget estimates, which is encouraging.
He also appears to be reading the board as ROST was noticeable for the fact it was addressed first on the RNS, And his communication also appears to be getting better hence the RNS
The Negative:
Timelines continue to slip. The RTO has already been delayed three times.
ROST also keeps drifting. On July 22nd, Nick stated it would be connected to the disposal well “in a few weeks,” later clarifying “a few short weeks.” That was a month ago. Today’s update now says “de-watering operations to commence in the first half of September 2025.”
My View:
It’s time for Nick to deliver. This moment feels particularly significant.
If everything is delivered within the next month, Nick Tulloch could become a name investors associate with eventual delivery—despite missed timelines. That alone would place him ahead of 90% of AIM-listed CEOs, making him a green tick for future investment.
If he fails to deliver, however, he’ll be a name to avoid.
