Even a picture of our first cheque we receive (I believe Nick said it is still all cheques over there).

Nick loves getting paid. So taking wages in shares he must be very confident of what he has

I just wish he would update us with exactly what that is .

Given Nick will need to be focusing on ECR at the end of the month to confirm they are or are not a gold producer, it would make sense next week would be the time to focus on MDH.

Hopefully confirmation that we are getting paid, Rost is producing well, (maybe the PSA is up and running).

Off take agreements for the other wells.

I imagine the Aim admission will not be until we get this news.

This is my understanding too.

We have all of our ducks in a row but am just looking forward to the confirmation we have been successful,

Regarding the aim admission I think it is more than the completion of AIM documents, it is also wanting to do it once we can prove there is a profitable business there. Until we get paid we might as well be told the cheque is in the post.

Now that Nick has got his news out for ECR and the inevitable fund raise that followed (I mean it is Nick what did people expect). Hopefully his focus will be back to MDH next week.

I am hoping to see the following:

1. Rost update - Is production holding?

2. Is the compressor on site and hooked up (When will it be).

3. How have helium sales gone? Have we received a cheque yet? I,e are we getting paid?

4. Are there any further discussions with the investors who want to support drilling in fort dodge?

5. How is the acquisition of m3 going?

6. Aim admission

I am impressed we got any update on x at all after the news release in ECR this morning.

If this carries on Nick might be in danger of developing a good reputation?

I Think Your Maths may not be mathing

250MCF at 5% is 12.5 MCF of Helium a day

We will not get more helium out of the well if it is flowing at 250mcf

we will just have to fill up less trailers and substantially reduce our transport costs

I may be missing something but to me the PSA was to purify the gas so that our cargo was more valuable.

this would mean that is we have 250 mcf of 5% helium than we produce 12.5 mcf of pure helium each day

this would not change when we have the PSA, we would still produce the same amount of helium, just that the number of containers we need to fill would reduce massively, reducing transport overheads.

That is where I am ending up too.

Also if there is a moderate fund raise (To pay for the folly of drilling uneconomic gas wells) . the company should still be worth multiples of its current mcap

The Question i keep asking myself if this :

Is the share price down because-

1. People are bored waiting for an RNS ( As said previously Nick works at his own time)

2. There is an RNS coming but people know what is in it ? i.e a big fund raise

3. None of the above ( after all volume is still not that large).

I guess we will find out in good time

I have little doubt that ROST production will happen and Aim listing will happen, I just have doubts that it will happen next week.

Nick seems to give dates based on an optimistic outlook and not a target to be hit.

So It will happen but if it is not next week for both of them it will be some time in November ......... maybe

To me a week or so either way makes little difference.

Hopefully this is the start of a very busy few weeks and there are not any nasty surprises

I think there are close to 40 million warrants exercisable at 3p.

So if shares can be sold now for a profit or break even

It would be a nice position to be in, zero outlay and the ability to buy up to 40 million shares below market rate

Just guessing on my end but to me that would make sense

As we have not had an update regarding ROST producing

I would not be 100% surprised if the next RNS we get is that Aim admission has been pushed by a month or two

Still a big opportunity either way but from past experience Nick works at his own pace

The Aim move and RTO are indeed big steps

At this moment in time Jasper is just a distraction, Getting ROST live is the key to getting the SP moving.

I think you are completely correct.

This will change when dewatering starts to happen, I just think Nicks talk lacks credibility until results are seen

Then again there are £1.5m of warrants outstanding, If Rost is successful and we get partners for drilling more wells (i,e they drill it and we share profits). there may be no need. so I think that Nick has all options available to him
