MMGG Acquisitions, the owner of rival Morson has just under 8% pushing stock up 20% in last few days. We live in hope for further action.

They overpaid for Networkers. Then CEO paid the price. Management team too thin and inexperienced at this level. Too many achievers left the business for competitors as culture changed from successful Matchtech days. Long Road ahead and currently rudderless.

Flat results and flat presentation. Share price halved since that CEO joined.

Gbp 5.35 when Networkers deal announced in Jan 15. Gbp 3.35 now . Great deal eh ?

Been buying in to the fall. Directors and Treasury should be buying this whilst so cheap and pre dividend.

Worth keeping an eye on if only for tucking away a few in time for the £0.16p dividend. Looks cheap.

On a 14 night cruise that's £150 plus the quarterly dividend which works out at £15 to £20 depending on ROE. Well worth having if you like your cruises.

Some buying ahead of ex dividend date 26th May. Nice solid , well managed company this.

The qualifying date for RSA divi was March 3rd. If you held shares on that date you can sell them and still receive the dividend in May.
