Unless I have read it wrong the big purchase of shares by Marathon Asset Management yesterday is a great sign of things to come.

I don't have a SP forecast but agree about the economy and a backlog of mortgages which are slowly becoming money makers for the banks.

Hopefully the recent momentum continues. I'm still surprised that there wasn't more a sudden increase with Brexit going ok, the share price fell by about 3 euro (from what I recall) when the no deal Brexit was tabled.

I've been buying BOI for 8 years, lost my shirt in 2020 but I've managed to recover recently. Finally seeing a decent upside to them :-) GLA

I'd love to see it at pre covid levels once the world starts to pick itself back up early next year, that's all going well with the vaccine rollout and brexit. Probably wishful thinking but stranger things have happened. Fingers and toes crossed.

The world is hopefully going to start the healing process sooner rather than later. I would hold but thats purely my opinion and not based on any analysis etc.

Vaccine news and Biden I assume. Hopefully it keeps moving north so most of us can recover our relevantly recent losses.

Another pharmaceutical company with positive phase 3 trial news would be great.

Hopefully Brexit doesn't kill it though.

Hi all, I've been reading this forums chat on BOI for a few years, some interesting info, thanks.I bought into BOI back in 2012, bought in a few times since and doubled my shares when they sank a few months ago. Sold some of my shares last week thinking they were going to drop again but they have kept going in the right direction, bought back in today. Lesson learned but at least Degiro doesn't cost an arm and leg to trade... Still down a small fortune but hopeful the rally continues. Good luck to all.
