My thinking is they planned this for months, driving sp down to be able to sell PMO for the price of the debt, making sure only BOD and creditors will benefit. Boris Johnson should close London City Corporation and put gov institution controlling LSE. Freeing those bastards years ago meant making corporation richer, and common man poorer. This has to stop.
