City..I agree with your view which as you say is very balanced. I also think Jam asks a good question in that $22m was raised in November so what has happened to that. Ramblers cash burn can't be that great. It's a question that needs answering. I still think this is a good investment and those getting in today should easily double their money this year if not in the next 6 months. The market seems happy to lend the money.
To turn a mining business around takes a lot of money. The operational update is encouraging and even though they have had a number of raises the share price has always increased from the placing price. For short termers it's an easy opportunity to make money but for long termers it's a good investment from here IMO. I will be buying more!
mumbo....there would have to be an ongoing arrangement should the asset be valued at today's inferred amount, as you suggest, so that further payments are made on each 1 mill Oz au found etc. Shaun is not stupid, he knows that it's impossible to state what 5% of an asset is worth when it is effectively open in all directions and impossible at this stage to quantify.
"Shaun Day, Chief Executive Officer of GreatlandGold plc, commented:”The latest set of drilling results at Havieron continue to astound with the most significant intercept reported to date outside the South East Crescent zone observed at the Eastern Breccia."
'Astound' Is a very strong description of Shaun's reaction to the results. At some point this is going to re-rate dramatically. We must now be looking at at least 20 moz Au.
On the main LSE board it's 15 minute delayed but if you put in LSE GGP a graph and up-to-date date price comes up looking at the time on screen and at top of my PC. I use that as a live check and it correlates to my trading account time.
I'm not a conspiracy theorist either but something has held the share back given the positive news month after month. I don't think it can be down to 'shorters' or day traders either. I must admit I'm baffled. I have shares with far less good news that have made a steadily increase through 2021. I think we should also remember that this is business and I can't see NCM seeing GGP as a charitable cause that is to be looked after. IF they decide its in their interest they will make an offer or a third party might anyway which will cause NCM to counter bid. Tenements held by GGP near to Hav plus Hav might be of interest to s number of companies. The question is whether its in their interest to offer and what to offer for.... GGP or Hav.
Antharry...NHS have to report statistics to Government who have to be open with them for public scrutiny by a free press. I don't see it as a 'plague' but a serious virus that society should be aware of but then I would having had two close friends die from it. God help western democracy if info is witheld from us like it is in Russia. China, Belarus etc. and the press is censored. We would all be appalled if Rambler held back any info which was damaging to the share but simply allowed the share to slide following sells by those in the know.
Couldn't agree more Tubbs. Big players don't go on about how much they've made or the size of their trade. Some day traders and shorters are keen to tell you how much they've made but rarely tell you about their losses! Unless you had inside info. no one could have anticipated the RNS re. Covid and the SP drop thereafter.. If he did its sheer luck! Rambler are a good bet for a sustained rise over the next 18-24 months in my, well researched, opinion but as with any company the graph will not be a straight line up..
I would expect at least £1 a share once the hedge is cleared and even then it only gives a MC of £142m which is very small for a mining company with copper and gold and in production.
I think Djryan777 as well as Cornish deserves a big thankyou for his well researched contributions over the past year. So much to look forward to over the next 12-18 months.
YNWA91 - agreed but why trigger the clause so early in the year? a) They already know more about the size of the deposit and know GGP's 5% will cost a lot more after the first quarter next year or b) Another company have or are showing interest in buying GGP and NCM do not want them to have 30% of Haveiron. GGP have some exciting assets and under explored assets with clear potential. Could another company be interested. I'm sure Shaun would put up quite a fight but acquisitions are often unpleasant business.
I've just checked and there are no shares out on loan for RMM and as far as I can see there wasn't 7 days go! If anyone has info to the contrary can they put the link up. I used Ortex.
Quite a treeshake this morning.
