This is going to sound like a personal attack fjones40 but I sincerely hope you realise it is not however you appear to be completely raving in your last few posts! Also being positive does not really tally with thinking it will be a "miracle" if this stays above 3p. However accurate that may be.

I can also see great positives in Solo Oil, namely its assets and have never, ever said otherwise. However I also pointed out in June and July of last year that to have AGM resolutions that allowed NR and the board to do basically anything they wanted with a verbal assurance (to some) that they would not do those things was simply idiotic. I do recall BigD you telling me to sell up if I did not like it and then telling me to shut up ever since because I had no shares! Oh and by the way what are my alternative motives? I have been accused of everything under the sun on here by you, Cperkin and others. Given your lots track records of contemptible ramping I think your comments have less credence than mine on here.

Ooohh Cperkin you troll. Why post if you have no shares and if you still have any who would talk a share they hold down etc etc etc Sounds familiar? It does to me. If this is allowable on AIM then really nothing is safe.

Time is Solo shareholders worse enemy unless they do something about it and they maybe too late.

Up to Tuesday those "good investors" were either fooling themselves or you. I know which my money is on. They were also completely ****ging me off like they have done for 8 months. Still I feel vindicated - if you have resolutions at an AGM that allows people to do anything they want when they apparently verbally says they wont do it then what do you expect? Check my posts of late June and particularly early July 2017 and all the time since! It can and probably will keep happening.

Make sure not to forget that name. Him and his mates have well and truly shafted the shareholders here. That Delek got enough to swing it smells very fishy to me. Who was buying millions of shares recently? Arbitrage buyers? Possibly - no one else would want to with the exchange rate as it is - or could it have been buyers even "closer" to Delek and the board? I sold out on here a while back. Dejected and sick of the stink of it all.

From 14th March appeared today! Nearly 15 million UK pounds in 4 trades!

I hold my hands up I had missed the 10 day extension. I will have to look it up. If correct then this makes a big difference.

My problem with this deal is that I think all small investors (however you define that) and some not so small will be tempted to tender their shares for sale even if they don't want the deal to go ahead. That way if it does not go ahead they have lost nothing and if it does they will sell their shares and have no fear of the company being delisted and them having a difficult time selling. Unfortunately if enough people do this the deal will succeed! For the deal to fail shareholders will have to "Vote" for want of a better word on merit and not think about covering their own back "just in case". I think when push comes to shove they will hope everyone else does it for them and take a "safe" option themselves. My guess is Delek and the board know this and is why certain wording is used in the offer documentation. They are trying to deal on fear and human nature to get the lowest price. If the market really thought this company was worth a lot more then why has the share price not risen beyond the offer? That would then make the deal an inevitable failure. For me there has to be some momentum generated so that people don't take that "safe" option. An oil price rise would do that and so would some declarations of intention from some of the larger shareholders.

What about the scenario Delek's bid passes and they delist the company? It might be very awkward trying to sell your shares then, liquidity would be a big problem. The other scenarios I agree with.

Before the 31st March is the only date reference we have at the moment - almost certainly by design. It is a limbo that serves nobody except Delek and the board.

I was not suggesting those trades had anything to do with Delek but who knows? I believe, but do not know for sure, that the whole Delek deal we are talking about is the process that has to happen when a shareholder tries to go above 20%. They could possibly be going from 19.7% to 19.99% but that would only be a million and a half. However in the circumstance we are now in could anyone buy the shares in order to tender them to Delek to then get the deal nearer the 50% required - what rules are there for that? For using a proxy or 3rd party to buy shares in order to swing the "vote". This is what I have thought about before and referred to as "shenanigans" - would it actually be illegal. How could it be discovered if it was happening? Again I am not inferring that this is happening but the long run in time where we are now in limbo would make this sort of thing very possible as investors decide they don't want to hang around. It would be very much like buying up on the open market - but on a market that has been changed by the presence of the deal! I repeat I am not saying this is happening just asking how we would know if it were.

Why has £5.3Million worth of trades from 24th February only come up on the trades list on here last night or this morning?

Just noticed there was some pretty chunky trading going off yesterday including about a million pounds in half an hour mid afternoon. Quite a bit of volume today as well.

Trust has completely gone but our shares have not yet! It is difficult to make a case for anyone to be tendering their shares at this level apart from individual time issues and for the larger shareholders possibly convenience - but still however convenient it is does anyone really want to lose out big style? My guess is that Delek and the board are putting together the worst report they can legally get away with in order to make C1.95 look great whilst at the same time working out to the last cent what bid would get them home. We have to hope that the market in general and the shareholders in particular don't fall for it. My real concern is that if the deal is rejected what happens to the board and what happens after that? I don't have anywhere near such concerns for the share price being on an unfettered true open market again - bring that on!

If they try to get C1.95 through unaltered I think it will be out BoD who are reading what is on the wall. "Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin" was the biblical original writing on the wall. With the translation roughly as follows; Mene: God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Upharsin: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians” Whilst I am not a religious person I find this "subject" (hopefully) more apt for our BoD than us at the moment. This offer has certainly been found wanting when weighed on the scale! I also question all these delays.
