I am surprised this has kept over 3p. Nothing happens but NR and the board are still getting paid nice enough. Soon to be paid in shares? Who knows with this? Oh look! Tumbleweed.

The decision to grant the 25 year license has not been given yet and there is no date, it seems, which is a deadline for any such decision. It appears open ended and somewhat arbitrary. The question I want answering is if the decision was to not grant the licence would they actually formally say that? Or would they rather just do nothing and leave Solo in limbo so to speak for ever.

The chance to nail Ritson was getting on a year ago. The dilutions have given a shift in ownership and with the resolutions at the last agm it means you are all completely at their mercy. You are right bigd nr put some money in but you dont know all the machinations of where "value" will end up eventually. The simple fact remains until Solo proves it is actually valid there is only gloom. If the bod actually have the shareholders best interest at heart this may still happen. IF! Otherwise you will get put through the ringer.

Also I have no idea who burning1sidedown is but my guess is that he is a disgruntled investor who sees no option but to try and wait it out and "hope for the best". If, when at the last AGM, the shareholders forced NR and pals to ditch their resolutions which allow them to do anything they want then perhaps this sp would already be soaring - but they did not and told any dissenting voices to f*** off. Well fjones40 you were TOLD many, many times by me and others and you decided rather than listen to rational and reasoned arguments you were going to ignore it, tell the messenger to f*** off and call him a complete troll or worse. Everything I have ever said about Solo over at least the last 8 maybe 10 months has been shown to be the case time and again. But apparently I was only saying it for some evil personal reasons which I have never understood! It would be nice for some of those who dished it out to me to man up and apologise. I have always said that if they ever sell an asset at a profit then it should turn round the share price otherwise it is bottomless (for those not understanding this I mean it has no baseline except zero I suppose). There may be little rinse repeat rises but even they seem to have dried up. Someone at some time will reap the value of these assets - but who? How and when? There was a mood of change about 9 months ago but the AGM resolutions allowing them to do anything they liked were passed and I was told by big shareholders to sell up if I did not like it and so I did thank God! I took an immense loss in doing so. However I hung around in the hope that I was wrong and that I could get back in. I was not wrong it seems and the opportunity to get back in will be when?

"Solo can afford to wait for the opportune time to sell" CrustyPete - your reasoning seems logical but for one point I am sure you won't be able to answer and that is wait until when? The waiting will result in a slow share price drop here and a prolonged wait will result in further dilution and then a proper sp drop. This means the payback when and IF it ever arrives will benefit those who get in late for a song or possibly those who buy the whole company and reap the rewards that the long term shareholders should have got - a kind of super asset strip!. If you say this cannot happen you are trying to delude investors or have successfully deluded yourself because it could happen. If you say I am scaremongering you either don't understand what can easily happen here or are simply afraid that by saying these things they will be more likely to happen, i.e. people will bail. In short - WHEN?

Unfortunately Topcat147 there is actually nothing else to say. That's it in a nutsheall. Either the cash comes in and Solo proves itself or Ritson dilutes the company out of existence or to a point that someone else comes in and gets the real value. What else is there to say? The day I see no posts on here will be a definite day I don't add anything!

Steve. I have said this for months. Assets are great but they are not the same as a great working business. A business not wotking but with great assets gets took over and asset stripped! Solo needs to actually function correctly. At the moment that means getting cash on a sale or part sale of one of those assets. People have a go at me but on this point they will agree. However it is how long Ritson gets to do it which is the problem if he ever does do it.

I have never known broker forecasts in the oil and gas industry to be any better than random guesswork in any case. There main use seems to be as material for ramping/deramping and very little else. The irony of it is that regardless of whether it was a mistake or not it was probably as likely to be correct as any other forecast they come out with. However it comes to something when investors are pointing these things out to the CEO! Well done for that.

The pattern continues with a whole new set of mugs who will soon be whining on here that they have been "done". Stagnation, slow drop with the occasional rinse repeat rise - it has been happening for nearly 8 months! It will keep happening as long as there is no change or proof of the Solo business model, namely a profitable return on an asset sale or part sale and that looks nowhere near. The only thing that changes it is when Ritson pulls a new dilution and then the whole thing shifts down and starts again. I keep saying this because it keeps happening! I will get crucified on here because I am perceived as spoiling it for the old hands who continuously fleece the unwary. 3.25 on Friday, 4p yesterday - a nice earner for someone who was probably telling you how cheap these are yesterday while he was setting a limit order sell! Make your own minds up.

Report me? Banned? For what fjones? Having an opinion that is not outright and unwarranted ramping? An opinion that is different to yours? An opinion that is based on empirical evidence over at least 7 months of stagnation or slow sp drop with occasional flutters upwards to milk a few mugs? These mugs buying near 4p will suffer the same as all the others who get fleeced on the rinsed repeat cycle. If that does not get them the next dilution will! Only a cash return on an asset will break from that cycle and that seems as far away as ever. I know you've heard it all before and I keep saying it because it is what is happening! I would have an army of people agreeing with me but they have all took their losses and limped away or theyare still here and agree but cannot say anything because being "positive" rather than truthful is the way to "encourage" the buyers!

I don't mean what is Helium used for! I know that or can find out. I mean what does the company Helium 1 actually do day to day?

Apart from having the word "Helium" in their name just what does this company actually do? This is a serious question and I am not trying to make any points I just don't know what they actually do on a day to day basis. The website is not very useful, perhaps it is my browser but not all pages work and nothing looks that different to a year ago.

If I had the slightest belief that there would be a way of ousting Ritson and replacing him with someone who had one dot of concern for the shareholders I would buy an awful lot of these shares and so would others which would probably see an improvement in share price immediately! However because that likelihood has become even more slimmer with the latest dilution people stay clear because there is no reason to buy right now and plenty to not buy, like Ritson doing it again and again. The shareholders here are in a stranglehold by the company where they are being squeezed and squeezed. Bigdouble did a fantastic job when it came to stopping the second tranche of Helium 1 but then he and you just accepted the AGM resolutions and in doing so accepted crap, I assume because you thought Ritson was the only real option and hoped for the best. When I kicked off about this 7 months ago I was told to f**k off and sell if I did not like it. Now I am being told to buy if I don't like it! Which is it? If there was sentiment to change the board I might do it they cannot be left to do things with complete impunity. However you are right 7 months is too long to keep your powder dry.

Bigdouble your whining about NR takes the biscuit. The problem was that the AGM resolutions meant that Ritson could invest in anything that had "gas underground" or some such phrase which of course meant he could buy more into Helium 1 if he wanted as well as more or less anything else. I found that unacceptable and you told me if I did not like it to sell and shut up. Hence you agreed with those resolutions (even if you would have preferred them not to be there you went along with it) and in your own small way you have contributed to this mess by allowing yourself to be misinformed and by trying to shut those up who did not allow themselves to be misinformed. You counter this by calling me a troll and saying I have no shares hence I have no opinion and that I am bitter. Not, I note, that I am wrong. Why am I still here? I still have the tiniest glimmer that Solo might come good and that I might re-invest and recoup some of my losses, the assets are still there etc However Ritson is, in my opinion, not going about things in a way that is beneficial to the shareholders either short term or long term. For that reason I wait and observe and conclude that at the moment there is no reason to buy here and plenty of reasons to not buy now.

Whether you trust AEX is even less concern to me but you still posted that opinion on a public forum and told everyone who don't give a toss about it. When someone then responds to your comments you clam up! The reason you don't want to respond to me Trrime is quite simply because you are a ramping liar that has both been exposed on here many times and also has had the cheek to openly admit it on numerous times! Your ramping and deramping is astonishingly aggressive and obviously flicked between by the click of a sell button. You would do very well to not respond to me because you know what I am saying is true and others can check it by looking back over a few months and seeing some of the astonishing things you have claimed. Please respond if you want me to select a few examples.
