Good. Whilst the man is clearly technically gifted his business decisions on the timing of acquisitions is, if not deliberate, questionable in the extreme.

This is the most intriguing development as it could be either very good or very bad news depending on just what "project financing" actually means and of course if anything of the sort actually happens. The jury is most definitely out on this aspect.

Good - but check the small print! You never know how things can be "got".

For me this has never been an issue. It is like dreaming about how you are going to spend the lottery. I personally would tend to advocate share value improvement over paying out stuff but I don't hold shares here at the moment so can understand other sentiments. Also the shenanigans that have gone on here make cash in the pocket very attractive, however like I said this is all dreaming at present.

My summary - This board has done its best to try and give a RNS that does not send the sp plummeting like every other one in recent times. There is enough to do that and there may well be a short term gain but fundamentally little has changed. There is a little more "speculation" than late but that is all. This is nowhere near enough for me to be interested and my guess is that the traders will see this as a rinse repeat chance of a quick buck rather than any real change. I will not be buying because apart from trying to fleece people over the next few days there is still no reason to do so and the general trend will still be stagnate or slow drop.

I read your comments "reaction" with astonishment. Just because you consider the board of Aminex to be even worse than Solo does not mean they have not been reprehensible. Unless your post is utterly tongue in cheek which I, at first, thought was the case I am astounded. If you are sincere then fair enough. I need to take a copy and remind you about it when the next dilution comes - as it will. Worth their salaries?

They have deviously side-stepped a tricky situation and you are (actually not all the posters here are) all trying to big this up in order to get the sp up. Well some suckers came in yesterday and that means of course some bailed out yesterday. I would love to know who was selling £100k and I have my guesses. Still someone sells and someone buys so there you go. When the dust settles and time is allowed to get eroding the sp once more people here will find little has actually changed. The details have been shuffled about it, admittedly. A little bit of the smoke so you can't see the mirrors. Time is most certainly not in Solo long term shareholders favour.

Yes but it has a long way down to go just yet Cperkin - if indeed anyone is interested. They are the two big questions; just how low and is anyone interested at all? It is why I am still here.

In the meantime there is no reason to buy - none at all.

My interest is not on a spike but on a buyout it is quite different and will only happen with a considerable drop from here.

Also I have never encouraged people to buy into a share knowing that whilst they are ploughing in I will be getting ready to sell up massively and bring the whole lot down again and again. This is how some on here have made fortunes out of others - all I am saying is beware as it happens on AIM a lot and here seems to be the only game in town until the recent efforts in trying to make Solo viable rather than laughable.

Also I advocated what you lot now want to do over a year ago. My comments were futile because the only shareholders who could do anything decided BIZARRELY to do the opposite. Why? Answer that. Go on why did you do the opposite then to what you are trying to do now?

Oh and by the way the bid in old money is now TEN SHARES A PENNY. Yes Solo is being bid ten a penny for its shares! So if that splits your trousers fjones40 you have a strange sense of humour.

You need to take great care with Solo just what people's motivations are. Some that would "help" you are the same that would fleece you if only things fell into place. This company and the situation the share price is in is the inevitable conclusion of the cess pit economics attempted in it by both those that run it and certain "so called" long term investors. One lot milks Solo for all its worth and the other fleeces people on share price spikes. Eventually the whole lot collapses because the company simply does not work as a business. Those milking it cannot be got rid of as those fleecing it backed them to the hilt last agm hoping to get one more spike out of them. Now that spike looks less likely they are finally trying to make it a viable company! Makes me sick given the stick I have had here for telling the truth for so long.

Why am I here? Sickening though it is the death throes of all this may make a quick return possible. The sp has a way to go down yet though. Be careful buyers.

I would qualify it myself. SOME Solo shareholders are not mugs. The ones who have sold and then averaged down while telling everyone else to hold are not quite the mugs they take everyone else for. Quite a few on this forum. Solo is nothing but a vehicle certain people use to take money from other people. The directors do it by getting paid for doing sweet FA. Certain shareholders do it by selling on spikes and buying on troughs. Why is what I am saying the truth? Well if you think about it then it is not only true but absolutely obvious. If Solo does not sell an asset that it has "improved" then how can it make any money? Yet it pays out salaries and buys things and has running costs and people have made money on spikes. It is not magic the money comes from somewhere. Where? From the "mugs" who are lured in. This will always be the case whilst Solo does not have a working viable model. It cannot be anything else!

Philo your post is something I not only agree with but is in many ways what I have been saying for 15 months or more! Some of the long term holders who are now agreeing with you and trying to do something about this situation (which is good) are the absolute same people who told me to sell up and shut up and BACKED the resolutions at the last agm which has enabled Ritson et al to do WHATEVER THEY LIKE!

It is not a question of whether I was right and they were wrong but rather a question of motivation. The situation that an investment company never having a return on an investment leads to share price erosion is self evident. So why was there such a clamour to shut me and others like me up? It is simple and it is what drives many of the most vocal posters on here. They may go on about assets and licenses and everything else but what they want more than anything else is an almighty speculation spike where they can lure unsuspecting punters big style. These people have made fortunes doing so before and are now annoyed because the market is totally wary of it with Solo. This is why they were desperate to shut "reason" up and talk about " ten baggers" or more! They want a massive rinse repeat cycle and punters throwing money in until they sell and bring it down again. Unfortunately the market is not interested so the only way out of this debacle is to somehow actually make Solo work. SHOCK HORROR. Hence the alignment now in opinions. 15 months too late they are allowing reason to lead their opinions because there is no quick buck options left. Is it now too late? Maybe. There is no reason to buy here yet or maybe at all.

No if you read what I have said that is not my prediction. I have said I don't predict actual share prices and I did not mention 2p at all!. If I did predict with any accuracy I would not share them here! I have no crystal ball unlike some on here it seems. My summaries are all about reasons to buy. At the moment there is no reason to buy Solo apart from having a "bet" and I doubt I would spend more than a lottery ticket on it - at the moment. It is not an investment opportunity hence the sp will go in one direction generally with obvious fluctuations. A major drill event will in all likelihood cause some change in sp and as I said a spike is not off the cards however is there then any further reason to invest? In my mining analogy Solo would just have gone a little bit deeper, the stakes would be a little bit higher but the chances of getting out of the hole alive have gone a little bit worse. It is the fundamental issue of viability that I want to address and which you are desperate to not consider. This has been the argument here for 15 months. This I suggest was ultimately your concern when you met Ritson - it is the elephant in the room. Solo is not working! What I did say is that if the sp between now and any future event tanks then the likelihood of someone coming in and doubling their money is plausible for a number of reasons and I am certainly interested in that. This is, sadly for the long term holders, little comfort.

Whether the sp keeps dropping during a "major drilling event" will be dependent on a large number of things which are not known now, for instance what the sp had already dropped to. The significane of the drill and most importantly the belief that it will ever lead to anything tangible. A short spike is never completely off the cards but is far more likely to happen on rumours of a buy out if the sp really tanks. The point I have tried to make here is that potential is great as are assets but the reality of business is that you have to sweat those assets and as far as the Solo business model goes that means that an asset has to be "added value to" and sold or partially sold. I realise an engine needs fuel but it also needs to actually drive something - the thing needs to move! I asked the question "when is it time up" many times over a year ago and never got an answer which is why I came out with my "bottomless sp" quote. They go hand in hand. Solo must eventually do one of three things;

1 - It needs to do what it says on the tin - namely add value and sell to buy and then add value etc result? a business!
2 - Keep not doing above and keep dropping the sp until it is took over for a song.
3 - Runs out of money is not took over, goes bust and assets go to creditors or in paying the staff!

A drill may push back number 2 above and may allow a few to jump ship if they are only in recently but ultimately without number 1 the situation is down until 2 or 3.

Hence the answer is yes I do expect the sp to drop during a major drill event unless the sp has by then got so low that a short spike may ensure. The business has to work! If you are mining something you dig down and get the stuff out. Solo is the equivalent of digging down further and further for more stuff and never getting back to the surface with it. Eventually this approach leaves you dead and buried!

The fact that the bid in pre-consolidation figures is 9.52 shares a penny is fact! That I said that is nearly 10 a penny is mocking - OK this line clears up the actual picture for you. If in a day or two the bid falls to 10 a penny I will say this non-mockingly.

I do not predict market prices either but have for over 15 months described the situation at Solo and why I believe (and it appears the market in general believes) that there is NO REASON to buy at Solo now apart from a speculative long shot bet and even that is a pretty bad odds bet. As far as "investment" goes Solo is a joke and will remain so until it has ONCE just ONCE shown a return on an asset that it has "improved", that is shown that its entire business model is not invalid. It has not done this and CPerkin will quote every detail he wants to try and take you away from thinking that Solo has HAD time a plenty but has failed (whether my ineptitude or design). I am not so sure it would suit Cperkin if this share price drops so low that the company gets bought for a song! Triple lock! So what! Takeovers happen in the UK with UK law and who gives a thought to the long term shareholders here? No one. The power they had has been diluted away and will continue to be diluted away.

Tell me what did the meeting with Mr Ritson achieve apart from showing he can do anything he wants because you told him he could at the last AGM and can do bugger all about it now? My guess is that this has a fair way to drop yet though before the vultures start to descend.
