Must admit to being confused by yesterday24 Jun 2022 09:32
The news was unreservedly positive, there were a lot of big buys yet the price dropped.
Obviously that means there were a lot of big sells (MMs don’t move the price for no reason).
But why were there sells yesterday? What triggered it?
The rise on news wasn’t sufficient to represent a spike to sell into knowing you could buy back when it dropped.
There was nothing in the news to give a reason to sell in volume.
The news represented a significant step forward along the road to revenue.
Did several big holders wake up yesterday and think, nah sound isn’t for me? Seems unlikely.
It surely can’t be people selling shares they got in the placing, that would be at a loss.
People are quick to cry manipulation on AIM, but I do wonder if there is an as yet unclear motive behind this.
Interesting times.
