To be clear i hold a decent stake and am still holding. Just feel the 26,000 price was slightly aggressive. 22,000-24,000 would align with more recent studies.

CAPEX a lot higher than most expected. A lot of work to do for raising that.

Potential is there but the ball is certainly in the EUs court to get this running. Given low market cap i dont really see much downside and my bet would be on EMH getting bought out.

To be clear i wasnt saying thats the best outcome, just that it wouldnt surprise me. There is clearly some value here its just how we move forward, management seem too slow and there hasnt really been much news flow to drum up offtakers or potential partners. Not really sure what KC is upto but if we want to get this project moving it needs to be now whilst the market is on a rebound.

Fair points Fingers. Perhaps CEZ would be better placed to buy the ownership and then do the deals on their end. I dont question Aus and mining, but i do question EMH team and mining.

Im new to EMH but wanted to add a couple points to the discussion.

EMH isnt the first company to hold off or delay a DFS in a weak market. Ive seen other companies have 'delays' when commodity prices fall and a DFS likely will turn an unfavorable result(last two years). However i think in the case of EMH the board and management are the major concern for the stock. I took a small holding but the lack of drive and timeliness by the team were my main red flags. Now would be a good time to get the DFS to market and build momentum in the stock. The question is whether management are on the front foot.

Some positives i reflected on were that EMH got on the EU crictical projects list. This would have taken a fair amount of time and effort to get done, so clearly they arent completely sitting on their hands. Lithium is starting to fly up again with the LITG LSE Etf up signiifcantly in recent months and pricing improving. Cinovec is a very strategic and large project for europe and its hard to see this being completely ignored.

My gut is telling me if there is to be positive momentum with EMH it could be a CEZ buyout. Struggling to see why CEZ would want EMH holding their stake when they are a small start up company, if CEZ are keen id be buying out EMH and taking the project forward with 100% ownership.
