The stall in offtake could be a sign Keith is looking to exit. If somene wants to buy EMH out they would potentially hold off on signing binding offtakes.

This aquisition has just confirmed the area as very strategic. Clearly larger players are circling and looking at both of these deposits. Should also put a bit of urgency on CEZ and other players interested in EMH to secure either 100% or get the project moving.

Positive sign for EMH and share price feels like a very good risk vs reward. I still think EMH is taken over early in H2 this year but that just my guess.

Its interesting EMH hasnt released any offtakes. If you combine that with EBRD selling it feels like its brewing towards some larger player stepping in.

EMH has to rerate purely on the lithium price. the Lithium etf continues to surge and prices rise. The interest and demand for Cinovec has dramatically increased even from the start of this year. We are now above DFS levels and making this project look viable. Not saying its the most profitable but beggers cant be choosers when it comes to the EU. Its really one good announcement from a big re rate.

Agree keiths target of 60c is too low. IMO Keith just wants a payday and will sell the project, hes alluded to exploring all options earlier this year.

Just looking at lithium prices and the current trend, EMH share price looks set for a jump. Consolidation has been good and the current share price seems stable.

There will be a lot happening in the background. The war and high lithium prices has only heightened the need for EU deposits to come online. My feeling is EMH has to get taken out soon by another player. Tempted to top up more with the recent lithium price moves but feel i have enough.

Selling seems to have dried up and the Lithium price trend looks good right now, LITG LSE also on a great trend. Feels like EMH is in a good spot for some share price movement soon.

Seems a steal at these prices. Alot of potential catalysts on the sidelines with offtake, funding and POSCO rumours. Add in the fact lithium is surging again.

I think everyone needs to ignore these small fluctuations. EMH will stay here until newsflow occurs and when newsflow happens it can rerate quickly. Current price is kind of irrelevant.

Just look at the SP on the 360m grant news. If a significant offtake with floor price, further funding, strategic partner etc etc drops..

if you sit back and look at the odds of a good announcement occuring vs not, these prices are great value. Nothing is gauranteed but the risk vs reward profile here seems very good.

My money is still on CEZ buying EMH out and then partnering up. Seems like the time is right for EMH to move on. Do i want that? no, but it feels like the most feasible option right now.

Feels like the SP is building this time. EIA and Offtake up next, heavily derisked and low volume.

Add in the fact lithium price has potentially halted with a slight uptick the last couple days, hopefully starts to rise again.

Feels like any sort of left field offtake, partner or financing news could give the SP a sharp rise. Volume still very low and hard to gather a significant holding.

Dont disagree with what youre saying, but must admit im not sure how your guess thursday/friday are likely for an announcement haha, thats just speculation.

If someone offered me 50p right now id probably cash out and move on, doesnt need to be 'hostile'. I get to some this is a lowball takeover but its still a 140% premium and could get voted through. It also removes the risk for dilution via funding as there is a lot of work to be done.

However, i agree an offtake or positive announcement would be better first to increase the SP.

Pretty much no volume at the moment and price slowly trending up. Hard to accumulate a decent position in this stock if you are not in aready.

It makes me think funds etc would be overlooking EMH as it would be hard to make a significant purchase. Reminds me of Buffet talking about how he cant invest in smaller market cap stocks. Probably why those two insto firms went to EMH for a capital raise.

Really hoping Keith can advance an offtake ASAP or another left field announcement, share price could likely pop quite quickly on a positive announcement. For example imagine another announcement similar to the 360m euro grant right now. Would probably send the SP to 50p.

Takeover is also looking very possible at the moment, youd think a lot of firms would be considering a buyout while our market cap is so low. even a 50p offer right now is very cheap for this asset given the EUs policies and current lithium price. Not saying it would get accepted but it might get at least presented.

Im no chart analysis but if you look at the 6 mth or 1 year chart, it certainly is looking primed for a run at ATH and a potential breakout. Anyone on here do chart analysis/diagrams?

One announcement away from a rerate now. No fear of a CR as thats done, Lithium price near DFS assumption and in advanced offtake negotiations. Hard to see it going south from here and a decent rise north looks inevitable. Fingers crossed Keith can deliver an offtake partner asap.

Fully understand everyone having their own views on pricing but saying todays Li price is irrelevant is not true. Financiers and private equity will all be looking at the price and running their own calculations. Yes the EU will support and this is critical, but even Vulcan used private funding as well. There will be a mix and the recent lithium oversupply and current price is a factor when analysing projects.

My back of the envelope calc.

NPV = USD 1.7bn. 50% = 850m USD.

Taking off 30%(my opinion) for lithium price used, being conservative = 600mUSD for EMH.

Current market cap is 70m USD. so trading just over 11%. I think someone recently said lithium stocks post DFS normally trade aroun 20-30% of NPV share.

Again just my calculations. Dont see much downside at current price but i could see why the market is still hesitatant with a further 1.7bn USD in intial CAPEX required.
