Well I was planning to be a lth here having been invested since 2022 but after all the shenanigans of last years failed takeover and the latest "offer" I've decided to take my profit thank you very much. The difference between 602 now and 620 in 6 months time is negligible after taking account of interest rates on cash and speculation of fx rates. In the meantime I will watch from a distance how this pans out and can always get back in if the bid should fail. GLA.
Isn't 620p the same as Thoma Bravo offered in 2022 ?
If so then what's changed for the BOD to now be happy accepting this cash offer, apart from having acquired more shares in the interim period ?

Assessment by YLB has reduced the 38 qualified submissions down to 26 so my current expectation is that licence negotiations will commence in April and YLB shall confirm signed contracts on August 6th. GLA and DYOR.
Well despite all the doom and gloom on here it looks like someone is filling their boots at these low levels. Unfortunately I don't have the funds or belief to invest more atm but being a lth then happy to wait and see where this goes...GLA and DYOR
I have only been invested in CLON a year or so but in parallel I've also been watching Cleantech.
I'm feeling the pain of this stock falling but have noticed the same is true of Cleantech who is also using DLE and recently announced they've started drilling. So I can only conclude that the biggest downer on this share atm is more likely due to the price of lithium falling some 80% over the last 12 months. Just my take on the current situation. Toddler, Patrick Ashe was an Independent Non-Executive Director which meant that he didn't necesarily have a vested interest in the decisions of the BOD and could offer an objective view and challenge decisions the BOD made. My question is do we still have independent and objective representation on the BOD ?
