Same here lensgard7. Still haven't quite come to terms how much I put in and lost. Believed that this dog would survive but totally wrong. Seems to be other companies worth investing but not much funds left to recover what I had here.

Are you guys invested in other shares? Wonder what happened to Deos who said he invested 100k in the 12s.

Anyone got any tips where to recover some loses?

Regardless being happy someone is losing is uncalled for. All who lose suffers. I don't agree with shorting shares but it's allowed and those who short shares are also there to make money. I don't condemn them. I don't agree that should be allowed.

Doesn't look like any chance of survival on this one. Learnt lots more as time has gone by. Will still be looking in and seeing what the latest is but think this is the end now. Wish you all better luck in other shares you may invest in. I know I need the luck. Atb

Who knows if Seplat will make an offer. I think they could not make an offer within 6 months which 6 months will be up on 13th Aug. I'm hoping a similar roc oil approach.

Believing in AL and his capability do you not think admin gives AL a chance to turn it around without everyone on his back BH, legal action etc. I know majority think this is the end. But if he managed to turn roc oil around thru admin, you could do the same here could he not?

Littlebilly take it that this is the response from the administrators? I thought they would before deciding the business is insolvent see if the company can continue on an ongoing concern. This decision has been decided very quickly in a matter of days.

How did AL turn ROC oil around. Did they go into admin at any point? Still hoping admin is a temporary plan.

I think Mr AL is a smart man and either way of the EGM vote was a crap deal. If you vote Yes the BH takes control. If you vote No the BH penalise with heafty fees. Why would you anyone accept a deal where it was win win to BH? Best place was admin everyone off their backs and they can chose the best survival plan away from the terms set in the EGM. I guess in March they didn't have much of a choice but to accept BH decisions. However no way in hell could a company give away their rights allowing BH to control the company. Admin allows the company with the administrators to find a solution to keep the company going with demands which then have to be accepted by all. It will not be voted on but have to be accepted by all. I haven't given up hope until notification of liquidation should afren fall in this category.

PleSe give it a rest. People hear have invest a lot of money and have lost all of it. We don't need all the insults (of course not directed at me so none taken but still. Many of us are keeping the hope that this is not the end before finally letting go of we really have too. It wasn't money to play with. Hard earn cash and now gone. A former fste 250 company to this. Had faith that they would be able to turn this company around.

Who else has taken money out from the company. Huge difference what was initially asked for.

Are t the bonds in suspension as well? Of course they will get paid before us if anything but doesn't guarantee they will receive what they put in, right?

Pete do you think there is a tiny chance of coming out of admin or is this game over. Plan A and B might not have been suitable anymore but surely for the company to survive there has to be another plan which administrators and the BOD will be looking at before they call it the end.

Kaisa everyone is allowed to have their view. Don't let others get to you. Let's see what happens. As time goes by probably easier to let go.

Kaisa - you have a point but no one can invest a penny more while the shares are suspended. It will not come out of suspension unless it comes out of administration when everyone will jump on board know if the company has survived the worst. Your right for lths there is unfortunately no reassurance. But if it does survive you could reduce your average investing more. Who has a share at what ever price has their hard earned money in lth, mth or sth.
