GW - please help explain. I thought the shares bought at 16p had a 12 month lock in agreement? Slightly confused how he sold some of his shares. How would he be able to take more out than put in? Just looking for some understanding. Thanks in advance

I have a fair amount in here at a loss too. Not as much as BigErn but a lot for me. Have lost a lot in AIM, pick the wrong shares. Having to ride this one out and hope it will come good. We don't know much about the product or how much we can trust MT. The company has certainly lost trust from shareholders. If someone bought his shares at 9p, hopefully they would have researched this company to believe in it. Also although it said it is not making substantial revenue from its products, there must be some revenue coming in

Things don't look good but then why would MT want to return? His invested loads of money, is he going to let it fail at a huge expense?

The board of directors need to be honest and transparent. If BOS products are so good maybe they should approach Microsoft.

Can they still make drawdowns? How much is left? Can someone also explain the 12 month lock in agreement. I understood this as they cannot sell the shares until 12 months later, right or wrong? If so how did MT sell his shares?

Maybe it was MTs dream and only stayed a dream at share holder expense. Thought this would be a turn around from FTE. Huge loss

My understanding that you can still trade shares on isdx. Depends on your broker if they trade on isdx too.

If trading is on isdx is it really bad still ?
