They stop trading on aim and trade only on isdx. Some companies only trade on isdx and not aim.

Well they didn't give a chance to those you may have wanted to sell before the delisting. Hopefully this change will bring some value to shareholders? Can anyone tell me what my proof of evidence is of my shares when hopefully they will have a match bargain facility in place?

There might not be an opportunity to sell before delisting. So what else can we do?

Can someone please tell me how I would retain my shares of AIM after delisting? Will I get a share certificate? What would be proof of the shares I hold?

If they do not find a nomad and the egm is not in favour, and our shares are to be cancelled from aim, what does this mean for shareholders?

Vote: no Shares 1281133 Gutted that it has come to this. And a huge loss.

What are people's opinions to voting for the EGM? If the vote is against chances are we will not be able to trade and shares will be cancelled. But will this mean there is no company going forwards and they will have to sell assets with a chance of receiving something back? Directors believe it is like that the resolution will be passed as they have received 285,916,896 irrevocable votes in favour representing 25.79%.

It was mentioned that they are in a strong cash position and there assets are worth as much as been stated surely there would be some return to share holders if voted against.

What are the options? Vote against, companies closes and we hope for a return Vote for and ??? Do we get new shares in see what happens to the new company? Which currently has no direction. Could another company possible buy this company for its assets?

Was in Afren before (strung) and they too cancelled before EGM as I believe majority of shareholders were not in favour of the vote. I think it will be similar here. Hoping there will be some return and higher than the closing share price. Time will tell.

Unlikely to appoint a nomad and shares will be cancelled regardless of EGM.

Steakbake1 Share consolidations is 25 to 1. Not 5 to 1. Shares/25 x 31p if I understand it. I had an average of 2.5p and with my calculations I'm still under by half I invested. Saying this it was a small amount of £70 and didn't average down. Shares 2802/25 = 112 x 31p and get £34.72.

Hey steakbake1 Was looking for someone to chat on this board. I'm no expect but I worked out similar though you round down to the divisible of 25. So 1675 in your case. Are you in profit?
