We have first refusal on the 15% ENSA the own jointly with SOLG

Any other company can go for a takeover of CGP but the ENSA would be for SOLG along with all development costs to date.

Ultimately if BHP or NCM decide to get greedy or fail to come to terms then SOLG do have other options for funding: Blackrock for one!

There is a 2 year stay on BHP and the only way that takeover from them will occur is at a vast premium.

I contemplate that even BHP won't be able to afford on their own so to me a JV is the only way and SOLG will have significant involvement in that JV.

If they want to acquire CGP then SOLG would have to give permission.

If it is a route that BHP want to take I cannot see SOLG blocking it
