i'm still very happy to have exited at 0.65, with a day trade at 0.5 that did okay. the only people bpositive about this company are though horrendously down on their holdings. but that's fine... you lot keep encouraging others to keep averaging down. but i'm not one to throw good money after bad.

the company, in its entirety, is a mess. not one pillar makes money, Semnet hasn't posted one contract win (which any company in this dire situation would)

and they refuse to confirm whether or not they've even applied for MICA, never mind the chances of it succeeding. Poland is now a write off, there's no real news of expansion elsewhere and they're burning money trying to prop up the wife's holding in Semnet.

frankly, it's barely worth £3million, in the state it's in and i honestly can't see where the good news is, that isn't in the lap of the gods!

Just as a reference point, the rise from last year's raise was due to very specific and new political causes. the fact that the sp hit 78p on hopium that grants were coming in from the G7 conference and Trump and China's aggression helped.

now that the eye is taken by oil instead, the sp won't be as dramatic, imo, and life here isn't quite as rosy as ramped by all. still think there'll be a parent company discount on UK's sp compared to $MKAR but as long as it rises back to 50 by... June, most will forgive the ii gifting.

just maybe accept that trading this, if done well, benefits people at least as much as holding and being loyal to the company!

so, again, more money frozen in accounts or held that mean GST are running out of cash, whether they'd see it returned or otherwise.

not really funny, as GST have had dwindling fund from buying finferro, to keep bake going after 31Dec, only to see crypto halted after 3months, and larger funding held in lithuania, to try and keep the application alive. at least that'll get returned if they admit to giving up on it!

also, all this 'working capital' merely suggests that revenue is going to take longer than the previously announced numbers, to come good.

the churn of 33p shares is goig to keep the lid on the price, potentially, so, once again, retail are going to be left trying to get market price shares, meaning we have to buy those ii shares at a premium.

so much of this is in the air... i'm not even sure GST want to go ahead with it, in spite of their actions. see it more a bluff to try and win the case before going to court... certainly doubt GST can afford their own costs, never mind possible losses.

it'd be a different case if any of their 'pillars' were makaing supporting money but Semnet ain, Angra and GSMoney probably cost as much to run as they earn and bake just stopped earning for the forseeable.

even with a winning hand, they'd need to raise. so who'd give them the funding on such a difficult case to win?

if GST was a seaside pier they'd burn it down and claim insurance... beyond that...

This could put pressure on the company to actually place to cover... while a relatively small amount, at this level it could hurt.

there are positives and negatives to this for GST. this is just the preamble to a decision making court case. the bigger issue is whether they can push things through more quickly or whether the jolly o' defendants can drag it out, request another move back to arbitration.

GST has enough on their plate and their situation is jolly precarious, even if they have a case. money is tied up in lithuania, burning monthly cash, now up to $200k required in security of costs.

All the hating aside, having to spend money to acquire a german asset rather suggests that they need that extra asset to get close to their suggested targets as it seems to say that their 'everything is on track' with 'market-leading numbers' aren't quite as genuine if they need to spend £4million buying someone else's production to meet those targets?

plus £2million for working capital? appreciate a belt and braces approach but, tied to the extension on funding deadlines, you'd think they'd have given retailers a bigger window that an hour to participate... nothing much lost, once they announced the price, to have given WRAP offer 24 hours.

just feels like the same insiders getting the bite at the expense of the loyal retailers.

it certainly throws a lot of the assumptions for the timeline into some doubt.

So, 33p ceiling fo the short term, and not more than today's close for the foreseeable as there's now 10million+ shares at, as near as... the last placing price!

that said, still now have to be long term holder with my existing shares... and that ain't a good place to be, whatever you think of the prospects!

I expected 35p based on the repeat selling but didn't anticipate it being from hloders who got advance notice of the 33p placing.
