Not at all. and did they say if they're funding the application? if not, who is? it has no assets other than applying for the licence. i just meant they can knock out 'conditional' rns' all day long if they're ot funding them through the process and just wait for one of them to deliver.

The rather heavily discounted placing didn't deliver and Easysend didn't happen. there's still a question mark about the acctual revenue so, that's what caused the drop (including the fact that BoD haven't averaged down and 'my sweet, charitable Lord' has done nothing for the compan's profile, publicly).

There is the downward pressure.

but, at the current price, some of that then becomes a positive. they now have roughly £3million in the bank from those placings and, whatever was left from interims used to part pay for Semnet and all operating costs.

Presuming Angra revenue will be more than from the soft roll out so... between the old $0.4 > whaever.

Stablecoins is on the shelf (but can be pumped for the rest of the year as possible). Easysend, the same, though might end up placing again (and conveniently forget the previous placing). and, unless they don't care, will need to do something to pump the sp otherwise the final shares payment for Semnet will end up being double.

So they have £3mill to do... something with! They could come up with another half dozen possible Bonfire's, if they're all 'conditional' but might pull something out of the fire that seriously adds to their assets.

OR... FCA might surprise them and actually approve Easysend so they can move forward on it (still don't understand why November is now a date, unless they mean it'll still wait on FCA approval, even then).

But, regardless, it is now 'twice' as good as it was at 1.23 so, if you thought it was amazing then, notwithstanding the deferments and the indifferent Bonfire rns, it's got to be worth the current price, if nothing else.

might still see a wobble, even now but, unless results show their 'expectations' were seriously minimal, worst case is that 0.6 is support. then it's just how it conducts itself through to November.

but it could do with overhauling its pr, social media AND its growth as there must be a million ways for them to grow the company if these conditional companies have minimal cost, inc. obtaining licences.

Simon, you are a bit thick! you realise that, as an sp falls it becomes more attractive as a buy, unless thee's something wrong with the company at its core?

the fact that their platform revenue is still suspect, that they've now 'acquired' another company that they raised funds for but didn't acquire, and the fact that they still owe $1million in shares meant the sp looked and maybe still is overpriced.

at some point the share is going to be deemed cheap. and certainly cheaper than... whatever price you bought it at! so i might well buy some now and, then again, when more is known. but you need to get over your obsession with what i buy or how i buy it. either i'm a grand manipulator of markets or i'm only here to make enough for a 'fish supper and dandelion and burdock'.

if you EVER posted anything of valu to other posters oher than personal snipes, that'd be a good thing.

I know, Duke. i just meant that, at some point, the 'market' will determine if the share is over or undersold for what the results give.

so, i'll be guided by how the market reacts. if it is receives well, i'll buy on the rise, as long as it has good volume. if it's received badly then i'll hold off or see where the bottom might actually be, depending on what forward guidance they give.

in the end, one either gets in before and hopes to squeeze every last fraction out of a rise or one waits for the rise first, to guarantee it. and where the sp is at that point, will determine whether it's cheap or still too expensive.

Personally, i can't see how it HASN'T made a profit! there's nothing particularly dragging it down anymore. it had $2million in cash as of interims. it just placed another £1.25mill so has £3million in the bank.

whatever profit it's making, now that the mcap is half what it was only 2months ago, it'll show as 'better' than it would have been then so will look to be more positive?

all these 'conditional' assets, disappointing as they've been, are now accepted as being potentials for the coming six months so, now, upside.

daresay we'll get some uidance about new labour govt wans waiting to see how that affects outlook on stablecoins but, presume it'll be 'we expect for profits to frow substantially from here' because... it's only proven after the fact.

all one can really say is half the mcap means whatever the profit is will now look twice as good!

I would also add that the only retort to my postings is that 'i don't understand start ups' but you do. thankfully, if that's the case, considering i don't understand the intricacies of microcap investing in 'not crypto platforms' i seem to be calling the sp better than those who whine as their investment gets chipped away.
