The 'bad stuff' is that noone particularly believed that the placing was a good call so soon after the last one and was done at a near 20% discount when the bb was talking about the company generating £millions and millions'.

then we hear that the conditional Easysend deal (for which there's no price, no actual purchase and no approval for) is being kicked down the road to the end of the year and yet they also placed for that, too!

but, if you just want the obvious, the 'bad stuff' is the sp.

You've seent he sp fall from 1.23 on a poor placing that delivered nothing BUT the money is still in the bank, presumably. so it's now found a level, that, barring a few percent, is getting bought.

it's a bit late for panic... over the coming days, i imagine that there'll be some more consistent buying,if only based on the fact it's at a 50% discount on a £1.25million placing that cost the mcap £12million!

if you have faith in the long term, you'd be averaging down. if you're a trader you'd be looking to maybe squeeze another fraction of a penny out of the sp but you'll be looking to get in.

it is what it is... no point blaiming posters for the downturn. that's the equivalent of bvlaming news reporters for the disasters!

I think the repeat 500k and 1million seller is doing that!

literally, look at the volume of sells... it's not talking doing that, it's a seller (probably one of the several major rampers deciding the derisk!) but, whoever it.they are, they don't need me to be making their decisions for them.

Stupid thing is they're retospective, to March. the bigger problem is there seems to have been not much to rave about SINCE March.

the only good thing i can see atm and without further news is the sp, now, for new holders, is a better bet than since the clns. and if ANY of the conditional news actually comes good OR the revenue from the platforms is clarified and is better than worst fears, then the sp will recover. but to what level is not even guesswork anymore.

so buy on 'better' or look elsewhere for a good investment.

thankfully, not hurting the sp too much, as most of th damage is now done and, with every drop it becomes a 'better' bet for eventual profit but you have to wonder which of the rampiest holders are now panic selling!

If that's your best retort for seeing 50% of you holding destroyed in 2months then you need a better stick to beat criticisms with.

I'm very sure everyone here reads ALL the posts aimed at me, attempting to ridicule CRTM or SAR or whatever other share i might be in for a time but you don't police the bb telling them to halt their posts?

seriously, take your piety and apply it to ALL posts on here. don't think allowing them somehow exonerates you for not calling ALL the comments out.

then, just maybe, the conversations will be about the share and how and why it moves as it does.

just be relived that someone says your share is recovering, ffs! and register when they leave/stop ramping because that'll also be some kind of signal!

Then you moan about 'traders' who call the bottom and blame (is that right, you're moaning because someone says the sp is oversold???) them for a rise!

get your head on straight... be proactive with whatever the sp is and, whether it's 'tolling' or 'ramping' just accept they're as viable as news as a mechanism for calling a rise or fall in the sp.

1. two placings... but one has been deferred to Nov, latest, to pay for that 'completed' purchase. (your comment is as erroneous as saying you own a product because you're halfway through a hire purchase agreement... with a variable payment element)

2. PayPT completed... Semnet still to complete (seriously, why do you keep making the point when the new shares haven't been issued yet)

3. According to Lloyd,, this morning, the Pathway isn't an end result but just guidance. it doesn't lead to anything beyond company understanding where they're at and what they need to do to move forward. they might choose not to. (if that's wrong, take it up with Lloyd, who i believe over most here).

4. if you're happy with owning a share where their revenue is a permanent confusion until you have to wait for a result so it's a cointoss whether they're good, bad or indifferent, then well done you, you lther!

5. mcap is now £12mill. yes, and before the last placing it was £24mill. which one is the more accurate? you choose...

If anyone had a GSTD (geddit!) here it's all the posters who refused to have a reasoned discussion with why the recent rns' were just placings with no content, beyond funding GSMoney as revenue wasn't sufficient by itself.

but if you believe the upside is there, then why the whinge? either buys some (more, as you say you're already holding) and average down or just post personal jibes.

Why do you care if he is a trader? are you the only arbiter of when a share is cheap or overpriced? are you the only judge of a share price bargain or not?

the facts haven't changed but the preception has. the only point that he's making is he says it's oversold at 0.6. maybe you think it's got further to drop?

personally, he might be right, short term though if i were him i wouldn't want to be holding for results. plenty of better shares with more positives than having been higher in the past!

And just start churning out some inverviews to justify endless unfinished deals, pathways, FAC approvals, and just unverifiable revenue from their platforms. only then might we get real foundations for growth.

don't be surprised to see opportunists buying the dip because 'it's cheaper than it was' but how do you put a true value on a company where everything is conditional, while still placing on a regular basis for deals that don't complete!
