They surely can't be happy at the current situation. even with the results to come, there must be something they can say to clarify the rns' and the placings...

Those 'agendas', if you'd bothered to read them objectively, might have saved you some money. and, while agree about Lloyd and AHS (when he doesn't get angry at the sp and, therefore, anyone whose thinking coincided with the drop). Bfs is another who plays with a stright bat but gets annoyed that his holding is going in the wrong directn. but, MAssive, from all the green boxes i see following my posts and his general history, is just malevolent, on the slide.

Uncle, also, while normally placid, gets pished at critics being proved, however temporarily, right and follows the bullying.

all the personal bile comes from those over invested and suffering the biggest losses. (and i speak as someone who's also suffered from the drops).

Isn't that the problem? nothing has changed and yet the keep knocking out rns' about acquisitions that don't happen... but they keep raking in the placing cash at ever lower prices.

dread them now having pressure put on them by Semnet to issue twice as many shares as they could have issued two months back.

if they wait any longer it might be 2.5 x the number of shares.

It matters because this week's 0.6 (being pessimsitic) will mean one of those bags will be needed just to get back to preplacing price!

good grief! how do you not get that the lower you buy (if there's a rise) the better for your money!

My posts are a bit of payback to all the insults that have been thrown at me, even if anonymously, for my concerns about the share.

painful that others get dragged into the loss but the several rampers that refuse to have any sensible dialogue without falling into personal abuse, can't think of a better realisation that their 'objectivity' is found to be at fault.

Suspect, with hindsight, that the placings are done with forward selling in mind and in advance of a price drop based on the placing.

we've no clues as to who took the placing. as long as the placing is small enough it doesn't warrant a TR1 but are already gone by the time we hear about it.

astonishingly, good placings for a named asset can result in a raised sp.

history here is it's going to be for a unknown asset, of nominal value but with a potential value. but we now have so many assets in limbo there are more deals in the pipe than have been concluded.

IF all of them came good everyone would be smiling. but several placings that dangle an acquisition without completing is just a bit bogus and indicates they need the funds to continue operating.

i even doubt the semnet contract and suspect it's an inhouse contract of some sort that inflates the implied value. no proof of it except that single contract was for 6 x total unaudited revenue in 2022.

and i still have to wonder why pay so much for a company over just hiring semnet to provide the cybe service!

thelack of transparency in what they do and the disregard for the majority shareholders - that's the retailer - is something of a slap in the face.

it's a relief to be watching it from the sidelines instead of trying to work out how to make it profitable.

sorry for those that keep believing the most unfeasibly optimstic of outlooks and sorry for anyone with such a large holding it's impossible to extricate oneself from it.

You DO understand he's joking about how ridiculous it is that we get placings for £1million+ and then get an rns that states 'we might buy something' (there's that 'possibily' element of the rns!) and then nothing happens but they get the money in from the placing!

Uncle, all that tells me is that some investors see the change in the outlook and change their mind about the immediate future, instead of steadfastly sticking to the same trope.

investing isn't about dogma, it's about changing your opinion and position to suit the news. there's no virtue to sticking to one's guns, regardless!

The sp was 1.23 and then we had a 1.05 placing.

sp is now, after an rns, hovering on 0.73.

it's not paid for. nor is Easysend. nor is Semnet.

Easysend might not happen, yet the placed £850k immediately beforehand.

Semnet cost... how much? noone has a clue as more than 60% is still to be paid on a flating value.

Bonfire cost... might not happen. yet placed £1.25million (not so) immediately beforehand.

i'm fairly confident now that this will slip towards 0.65 before results and i'm not sure they'll be a positive as a 1.23 requires.

but we'll see.

their rns' are always for a company that noone's heard of, with no value attributed to it but placed at £1million. and still doesn't nec. come good.

it isn't an acquisition so why signal it in advance? just rns it when it's bought.

'morning. felt nice, as headline, until it became another one that isn't acquired yet.

so, now, have Semnet, £1million in shares outstanding at price tbc, Bonfire, tbc and Easysend, option to buy 60% but now pushed back to November and still tbc. might as well buy Apple and tbc that, too!

will have to see if this is a spike or a rerate but feel results will be the indicator of which way it goes. and, the rns might not work in sp's favour.
