YouCOULD also say those things but:
Semnet cost... how much, exactly? and will £1million in shares be at 0.6 and 166million shares (diluting the total shares by 8%?) or at 1.2 and 88million shares, diluting total shares by 4% or 2p (let's be optimistic) diluting by 50million shares, diluting by only 1%?
As for Easysend, why end of November? Have FCA said they will give a thumbs up at that point or is this just kicking it down the road? and how much will be paid for the 60%? placed £847,000 before the announcement but we'll have to see how much money will be held as cash on the resultsby November.
as for Bonfire, well, enough said about that. i thought Easysend was the gateway to EU but, regardless, doesn't feel like the company will cost more than a small fraction of the £1.25million raised so, while it'd be innacurate to say 'it's to keep the lights on' i'm not sure what the meanigful difference is between that and 'accelerate the implementation of the Group's GS Money strategy.' i doubt anyone else can.
makes me think that, whatever price this falls to, beyond herd buying and ramping, there's not a great case for this in the short term, unless the results prove something else.
so much of this company is 'conditional'!
