Getting to be a regular occurance, looking for something to smash the sp down so as to get in for the inevitable bump!

That's as bad as it gets... so the shorters have now bought back and the sp gets back to where it was.

Well, Enki, i would like to think so. but as many, many retailers have an average higher than the last placing, and as we've had two spikes on no news, at some point the news or lack of might put the brakes on the enthusiasm of 'no news is good news' and the presumption that the sp should be at placing or pre-placing price with just averaging down or new buyers.

it's a nice belief but there are no guarantees until the news drops.

of course, anyone new to this who bought from 0.5s will think they're onto a solid gold winner but the history of all shares, not just this one, is full of 'fuse is being lit' teen jargon... doesn't mean it'll happen.

and the point stands that the sp is still nearly 30% off that placing price (which, incidentally, wasn't 'just' for acquisiton and WAS also for working capital, if anyone bothered to read the rns).

still, unbridled optimism is always more fun, eh!

This is the second time we've had a rise that's fallen back.

not sure why the fixation with one person's trade, if they saw the rise spike and wanted out before it might fall further?

the point, surely, is that there have been two opps to trade this spike and there will be many others here. but traders will bale on this one for now as it looks like the rise has stalled and there will be other opportuntiies elsewhere.

plenty of time for traders and opportunists to look elsewhere and see if this fall back.

Don't really understand the game that Fryer is playing. he's pretty much handed the company over, potentially, to NIU so how does that benefit him?

have to wonder whether there's not a side deal for him with NIU, unannounced until too late, whereby he joines them to continue his active relationship with CRTM?

a shame the 'insiders' are now actively working against their fellow retailers and in self interest (i suppose we all are but this closed group are now apart from other retailers) and will, if post again, will post to actvely add misinformaton for their own gain.

lost out myself but know of several who threw the kitchen sink into this on the rampy talk about the future and even Fryer joinging in the TG.

all a bit scandalous, really.

For every good news possibility on the horizon, the flipside is also there... bonfirepay might not come to anything... extending negotiations on Easysend doesn't mean they will satisfactorily conlude (or FCA might say no) and if Semnet take receipt in GST shares at this level then that £1million is going to mean approx 140million dilution. i can't tell whether a high or low prices is likely, nor how BoD wife would benefit. come to think of it, i don't get why it's only a 60% take as they couldn't be sold without GST's permission, presumably... or is there a condition to buy them at a much better price for the wife?)

and i don't see stablecoin being introduced until all the funding requirements are spelled out, completely AND are implemented first.

still, eoy is closer each day so, unless you're knowledgeable of other shres with short term options may as well stick with this as it's fairly solid atm, even without Wellesley#s further interest in buying (but it does put his holding at mere punt levels).

The 10-15% was taken up on friday when the big buys came in and folk thought it was a leak.

the Mission attempt has soured their progress as they obviously need an acquisiton to grow so now have to wait on either a better offer for mission or another target.

now won't be surprised to see 2.2 again before next news spike.

Spread's keeping the sp together, atm. noone's selling.... but also, noone's buying!

either boredom sets in and sells come or rns pops up with something positive to say so 2month window for GST to say something... anything positive about the future before interims.

Insider buyer on friday has chopped up their buys and sold into the rise, killing momentum. wait on the presentation to see the full facts and the rise proper...
