Astonished you remember more about my trading than i do... do you honestly think i keep tabs of my trading back over 3 years, when i can do muliples each week?

i'm flattered that you have logged all my trades... but does it take anything away from my questions: why is the sp falling, from 1.9p placing, from 1.2 placing when rampers have been talking about pre results rerate/turnaround for the past two months?

please, explain the current situation away...

MAssive, you're a turkey. you think you know about everyone... you patently don't as you can't explain the downward pressure on the sp.

obviously 'manipulation', eh! been 'manipulated' since 3.6 (party true... but more the company than the illuminati).

so, ask yourself, what is causing the slip? is it a few negative comments on a bb or isit the lack of comms proving the positives by BoD?

I don't know what he is saying following my own posts and not interested. but i'm not sure what 'both barrels' there are to silencing comments criticising a company for consistently undercutting the sp with their conduct.

obviously, you don't feel able or wish to criticise the company but i'm very sure there are more holders now just waiting for an upturn to get out of the red.

but if it helps to keep quiet for a while, happy to oblige... and maybe the update will stun me into silence...

Are you going to tell me that judging the company by its sp shows just how backward my opinions are? fair enough...

...except, you're not talking about internet trolling, you're talking about disgruntled investors who feel that the story has changed, with rns' that pulled them in not being fulfilled and then timelines stretched.

but if you don't like criticism of the company, fair enough... though, ultimately, it's the company that should take the flak for not keeping investors informed.

if we have to depend on BoD 'liking' other companies' comments for clues...

we're supposed to be a long way away from where we were even 6months ago, having bought CAKE, BAKE, metapay and waiting on news from Semnet... we can't still treat pr as we did last year. if they don't know how to front podcasts, if they don't know how to author pieces on crypto from GST perspective, if they don't know how to express themselves to the wider world then they need to find someone who can... advertising works. it just does and costs bugggger all, relative to its impace. that's all...

I didn't say that's what i wanted... i said i wanted better comms to show and announce incidental evidence of progress. social media is the back channel to progress reports. it's just not sufficient to write one-liners on linkedin with rocket emojis to show progress. most companies release press releases to inform the wider public, if taken up, without the nedd for rns'. you only have to look around to see we have no presence in the press, beyond rns'. thee are ample opportunities to make hay from the progress that must be happening. i'm familiar enough with media to know if you don't promote you put the brakes on progress. it wouldn't hurt to see them use...something to push their agendas... https://chainwire.org/ employ

My concern is i/we don't have enough clues to say whether the results will be good enough to push the sp higher. that's been my concern since the 3.6 ramp. those for the upside make what i think of as excuses for the company not providing sufficient news to judge the situation well enough. six months ago they said they were putting a sales team to target 2000 sme's in the uk... we didn't get one clue as to how they were doing. and it's been the same for all the assets.

i want the sp to go higher but i don't have the breezy confidence of others. i'm in and i'm just, like others, going to have to hope that the sp will reflect good results.

this shouldn't be a guessing game... and guessing every other day that 'this will move today' just makes my point... the market doesn't like what info they have so just have to hope they'll change their perspective after these results and conduct themselves in a more approachable style.

You're very wrong... as WG. BoD have already been 'minded' to accept it the price isn't going to rise... you'll be lucky to get 40p. but guess we'll see as pontificating about a suspended share seems a little pointless?

And not spreading fud... again, the sp does that and the company's reluctance fto offer up the information required to see that is or isn't a good investment.

sincerely hope the results are good but it just can't be that the only reference points are the bi annual updates and then there are gaping holes in Treasury buys or sale figures or unfulfilled acquisitions. information is meant to be delivered at the point of it having an influence on the sp, not when the company feel like it.

if they can't raise at a premium as evidence of their successes then all we're doing is growing the company for the BoD... we're just the end product of repeated placings where we soak up the shares in the belief that the company will benefit more than the money men.

Taxable income is of zero interest to investors if all it means is they constantly suck on the teet of pi's and, in the process, trash the sp, both in dropping the price AND in massive dilution.

Except we already know they're not diligent, from their complete silence during the difficulties in buying, based on either suspected p+d OR inadequate documentation... that, and the fact their merry-go-round investments in companies who then immediately reinvest in other companies who all seem to have the same versions of BoD make it... well...

In April '24 they raised £1.25million at 1.05.

in Jan '25 they raised £2.5million at 1.9

that totals approx: $4.7million

so 'as of March 31' to have a cash balance of $4.2million means they spent an undetermined amount on the acquisitions.

impossible to say how much of what was left was profit without knowing the spend on acquisitions.

now they've raised again... it's what the company lives off... and for all the talk of ' x times revenue' and all the 'deep dive' calcs, you're still just punting numbers.

if the numbers are fabulous then you'll be praised for your homework... if they aren't i trust you'll... well...
