From what i've read, Metapay is preferable... if only its links to facebook. not sure if it was 'sanctioned' as such but feels to have greater scope, potentlally, though, still unheard of by me, before they announced it!

Doesn't really answer my question... what is it in the arbitration that is going to recover, presumably, lost profit?

there's the rub, with this company. there throw in half=baked rns' that don't tell the full story and then we're left endlessly 'i think'ing what it all might mean.

releasing that rns (when they don't release rns' for other situations, like cancelling easysend or bonfirepay) implies that it should have weight... that it's important. and yet we spend days discussing if it IS or ISN'T important... and my query: how does arbitration increase profit? from where? from what? has it been lost to be recovered? wtf?

Hourly waffle for what purpose? are any of you selling on the grey market, even if you knew what that was?

mentally, how does all this waffle help you?

what an absolute waste of time for a company that's in suspension and where you can't make any kind of move.

Is the implication that contracts have been siphoned off to another company (doesn't seem credible, to have a spare crypto company in the back pocket)?

have funds been stolen? (not likely for just an arbitration)

have consideration shares been sold prematurely? (haven't been issued yet so... )

where exactly, in an arbitration, as opposed to a court case, can one get more money or recover lost profit to make 'more profit'?

Bfd, i assume the BoD also draw a salary from the company so not sure what the £40k buy proves, beyond one of them had a s spare £40k!

isn't the problem that every response, 'we don't know what profits were expected', etc, are the point... if all the news is good then everyone will be happy and a good few will be relieved. if it's... the other thing then where will the good news come from , beyond some time in the future?

i DO believe the cash is real... but don't forget that placing money that badly hurt existing shareholders so i wonder how long before the next placing and at what price.

i hope it'll be at a nice premium to today's sp... but didn't we all think that at 1.9?

probably too late to do anything beyond waiting... i think even bad news won't be all bad and i'll be v surprised if it falls to 0.8 and doesn't have a spread that means you'll still have to buy at almost 1p. and that's if it's bad...

There's no such thing as 'standard practice' for placing shares. what there usually is is a ramp in advance of the announcement of a placing so the shares can be forward sold as placings are done with companies that want to secure profits immediatly. isn't it interesting that none of the placings are ever held by whoever takes them but sold, hence not having any TR1s except when exBoD sell and one BoD bouht £40k's worth (that one not really working out, atm, with buys between 1.25 and 1.35!).

the selling isn't because there's 'bad news ahoy' but the lack of good news and follow ups have made some folk antsy. STILL say it's those that have v low averages that can afford to offload big numbers... the little onces could be wrap shares and buyer's remorse.

it only 'stinks' because because of the unanswered questions:

why announce 1 bitcoin buy before a placing?

where are the bitcoins FROM the placing?

how is Metapay not yet concluded?

where are we with Seemnet and why talk about arbitration without giving us details. have the consideration shares been sold? are sales figures fiction? did he leave the bathroom light on overnight?

Bake is the one example of an acquisition that has presence... be nice to see evidence that GSMoney is doing same... Angra too.

have to see if Bake is looking like it wants to have a go at retreiving past glories...

same with COAL. be good to see distinct advantages and purpose for ownership of same, rather than just being $100 novelty buys from GST owners. with 100million would have though any case to make it multiply would make sense...

lots of answer to be sough... some hope that their inability to make communication with anyone is the reason for the stale approach to comms... maybe ht hides good news. but they should definitely get a marketing manager orsomething to keeo the majority shareholder on track better than they have done to date.

Just goes to show that honest discussions are impossible when folk have money riding on an outcome. until, that is, they draw the same conclusion... then they're all for announcing their own opinion!

People DON'T SELL PLACING STOCK AT BELOW PLACING PRICE. do you seriously think that's the mechanism for raising funds, take £2.5million and then wait for everyone to sell at a loss?

dropping below placing price is usually other holders thinking there won't be any upwards move now the news is out OR disappointment that there wasn't a follow up on the Treasury rns. i can understand some folk selling at a small loss then...

so, the financials better be effin' good or there'll be another sell off if IPO is knocked into 2026, if revenue is lower than £2mill and if there's no concrete positives beyond 'as management expected' to justify linkedin emoji rockets!

that said, with so many shares swilling about now, be pointless to try and sell on indifferent news as mms will just take advantage with a craappy spread and you still pay over the odds for the shares, to buy.

so, rns better be a stunning or else it'll put paid to the notion that the BoD are soooooooo clever and it'll take months for new holders to take over the mantle of head rampers.

The number who 'added' under 0.9 is not the same as those who 'only have shares at under 0.9. i seriously doubt those folk haven't also added at 2..5, 3, back at 1.7, 1.5 and even 1.2.

it's a contagion to say 'just took a cheeky... ' as if it was free money. everyone does it, rarely do those people admit it... almost everyone posts their best case...

Enki, you're a bit thick! it's the herd that jump in on a good rns that will move the sp... they don't get in before unless there's a flash crash... everyone who got in recently thought that 1.2 was the bottom, as they were waiting for the next 'we've bought lots of bitcoins' update that would push the sp higher.

that didn't happen... so the herd will now wait for the certainty of a good rns. and, whatever you say, there's still no cast iron certaintyl

The churn ISN't from the placing... noone would buy at 1.2 a month ago and then sell at 1.05. those investors must have already forward sold before the announcement (it does happen!). are the sophisticated buyers at 1.2 really going to dump £2million for a 15% loss?

there are other sellers to look at there... maybe the retail wrap holders... but also some of those that brag about 0.6 averages.

whether their caution is overselling it or not, there have been too many shares bought on the slide from 1.9 to find any further significant buyers unless it's an adds on certaintly. so the rns needs to show significantly better than £2mill in revenue, needs to show some explanation for when or even if bitcoin needs to be bought (feels like a done thing, already) and if there are Semnet implications in this arbitraction thing. if they're all positive, as long as it doesn't start talking about 2026 for 'rockets' then all will be well. otherwise, we're due a lot of 'yum, yum. more cheap shares for me' posts! (that we're still wondering about those issues are the problem with the BoD).

...as soon as it gets to 0.2... going to take a lot of unrestricted buys and a stellar ramp by Bixby to turn those over...
