explain why the sp is trading below that already harsh 1.2 placing price (and who is actually selling to push the price down!) and i'll take more notice of your ramps.

Widening the spread isn't to slow it down, it's just to make easy money from sellers. doesn't affect the buy price or interest unless folk are going sell five minutes after.

but it's sometimes an indicator that buying is slowing down and sellers will want to offload. so, those 0.1s maybe not getting what they could if they held...

...but still expect the continuation of the seller dumping... but maybe the buys will soak them up, easily.

Looks like folk are going to chase it up, now... hoping that the AGM will re-establish the Bixby plan and sidestep the past month's difficult in buying.

As long as the renaming changes the brokers' disposition to restrict buying then things could get tasty!

Ian, last one from me:

my 'negativity is always about the lack of information, beyond rns' that means we go into the next update with nothing more than 'i think' as forward guidance. it's the fact that we get repeat placings for things that don't come about: placing just prior to Easysend rns... placing just prior to Bonfirepay... placing about Treasury... there are persistent gaps in the news. doesn't matter that they turned to Cake... it's the fact that placings are done that have, to my knowledge never added a new TR1 holder and retail are left saying 'i'm sure they did blah, blah, blah'.

tired of rampers who keep talking about fomo hapenning any minute now, from, i think , 3months back... vaccuous posts that just ramp based on 'i think'.

it's obvious noone particularly wants to have a discussion about the deficiencies in the company, which are all down to their silence in completing their statements or giving intra updates.

once this rns comes along, when will the next general news be: 6 months time?

Ideally, i'd like to think this sale give WG. the chance to resurrect, without the need for Sidara, should they decide to get it as cheap as the scare story from y'day's FT would suggest.

Sidara get one less asset but they get the money from the asset! So:

does this make Sidara reconsider their price?

does it make BoD rethink their 'minded to accept 35p' or not?

personally, i'd really like to see this do an RR. recovery and get back to past former glories...

and maybe look elsewhere for you sneaking concerns that maybe there's something in the 'trolling' (but until you understand that i;ve been in this, aside from trading, for 3 years+ you won't get the worries).. if you bought in post clns then you won't see the problems at all... if you bough around or above the 1.9p placing you'd get it!

Noone is going to happily sell shares at a loss... personally, i've sold lots, a bit higher, thinking i'd buy in lower, but who honestly expected it to drop this low!

as for the 'excellent cash position', that's been at the expense of dilution and to the detriment of existing shareholders.

what is needed is to see that 'excellent cash positon' can be maintained through revenue and not further placings!

It's not friday morning you need to look for, it's the friday night post market rns.. that's when you have nothing to do until monday and the brokers can take their time adjusting the price... if there's a bad rns to come it'll be after 4.30pm... so, eyes on 5pm rns'... (not anticipating it unless they going to do something made like yet another placing!)

if i'd stick with RR during covid i'd be purring like a... kat, i guess... as it hit about 40ish, as i recall... but, honestly, the news with RR has just been better than better so don't blame you for throwing some profits into GST... can't help feeling that are others, daily, that do more but damned hard work, sorting through the rns' at 0700 and then waiting to see if brokers mess up plans by opening it up 30% to start with... but there it is.

odd that of all the shares the only one you could think to stick in her ISA is the one you're fully loaded up in? didn't you ever learn about diversity in shares? and, at 1.25 she's already in the red... maybe that'll be a better name for her!

Billy, you've literally stated that you're pretty much avoiding a TR1 by spreading your shares about... i'm guessing it's not money you desperately need (though gawd knows why you're so confident here).. most people here (i suspect) would just like to see this over 2p so they can breathe easier. yours is a very minority pov if you can deal with the 40-60% drop... if you can't accept that your own position isn't replicated then maaaaybe you and your aching ribs should take humility lessons?

Literally, every day that passes, other opportunities pass one by: today, ITV are up 12%, AVCT are up 13%, even BT are up 10%... hardly minnows (okay, AVCT are the usual meme stock).. at some point (maybe tomorrow) this might/will jump x%. but, for everyone, it will need to be a rise that cancels out whatever drop they've endured. it's a sobering lesson that it's always good to put aside something for trading... a lot of buyers will come in to this if the news is good and it'll all be profit for them... the perils of being lth unless the news is stellar! "we are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars'. just hope we're not still in the gutter on the next rns...

Sand, thanks for at least acknowledging i'm not the only one thinking this... not that i'd advocate my opinion as a decision maker. i'm only expressing my own concerns about how little we actually know.

markets are full of shares that announce better than expected profits and everyone wants to ride on their coat tails... for those already in it's a relief but who would believe the sp would be here. i don't fancy taking a loss now and watching it bounce... i equally don't fancy holding and seeing another 15% knocked off. but, from this price, there's more upside than down, as ian said... just be nice to have that considering by buying all my shares at this level than all the other levels i've bought!

Both ii's and retailers who hold above (or waaaaay above) 35p are going to lose and anyone who bought in in the last couple of weeks 'might' see a profit... or everyone is going to lose.

as i doubt we'll hear about any financial repackaging of debt before this is resolved, any talk of the company 'carrying on' seems a bit optimistic.

atm, it's 35p, best case, less possible and more... bleeedin' unlikely, unless you believe in angels and Santa (and don't think about more dilution).

Ian, that's true... but the point i was making is that most of the 1.88billion shares held by retailers were bought at higher price than the current sp so... with some head-scratching as to how it can be at this price with 'so many assets all pulling profits', the main beneficiaries who are cushioned whatever the news is are the buyers at this level.

and, without knowing what the new WILL be, they could be out with a bagger before many holders see their holding in the black... not genius prediction but has implications if they decide to cut and run, instead of having to wait for 2p plus...

So wouldn't surprise me if they reopen the share, watch pi's panic, interested parties make more on their shorts and then Sidara close at 35p, max. why anyone actually is contemplating options, though, UNLESS they take it out of suspension, is just winking in public!

Not that it matters, if you believe, but sticking on an extra £50 to buy over the phone makes it an expensive way to make your point. far better to open up an IG account if you're insistent!
