Davand mhc is one of the few companies at present that have money in the bank to invest.

Walls street journal states this is 97% below market value. The reason why this is , is because there is no past to analyse.

I am unsure if the company is only allowed to buy back 10% of its shares as previously stated by another kind poster.

But I do know £7million pounds spent wisely on either potential products / negotiable products to a better supply cost / recruitment of intelligent assets will do this company well.

Wall Street journal has valued this has 97% below value.

Question what will the board do with £7 million pounds in the bank :
* maybe buy another company ( bit risky)
* buy a supplier ( that's good at cutting costs if managed correctly).
*buy back shares ( raise the sp and increase future dividend yeids ( brilliant)

The choice is endless debate at your leasure:)
